Hiya, I used to have toolkit 2, but my mom went and downloaded some wicked programs with trojans attached, so i had to reset the com to its original pacaking...went through the xp tour and all Razz , so all I'd like to know is, where can I re-download TK2?

Hello. The Official website for the RPGToolkit is at http://www.toolkitzone.com. You should be able to download TK2 or TK3 there. TK2 is a little more stable, but TK3 is more powerful than TK2. Which one you should use is really up to you. If you decide to use TK2 for now, you can always upgrade to TK3 later.

I can categorically state that there is no reason whatsoever to use TK2. The jeer that it's more stable isn't close to true. Upgrading is semi-difficult by its very nature, as well. Your best bet is just to download TK3 now.

Dude, shouldn't you know by know because if you used to have it,
why don't you remember?

And if TKZ wasn't the place you got it before, where did you get it?

CBM is the creator of Toolkit, yet he is not the god of Toolkit.

Xorlak is the god of Toolkit!

He could've got it from rpgtoolkit.com, or depending on how long ago he used the TK, he may have got it from the Awesome Software/Computing site before there was any rpgtoolkit.com or toolkitzone.com.

I (nearly) coded a battle system... but then my computer died...

And I lost all my RPGCode knowledge and had to rebuild it! (due to not using it)
But now I'm good again! Smile

Well hey, you weren't so good at first ether!

I mean The Blade of Champion got comments like "This game is so (Editor: Censored)in' terrible!"
And they did same with Eternal Blade! No offence, but it's true!

EDIT: Besides, I wanted to here it from Dragon Lloyd if possible.

Dude, Eternal Blade was my first project when I was still learning how to use the TK. It's over 3 1/2 years old. I am over 200 times better than I used to be.

But I did say, "At first." Heh.

So, do you notice any simalarities?

Okay, everyones, first games suck. With the obvious exeption of Xorlak's game DA2, and a few others (Please don't list them). Look at The Black Walkway 1 for exsample, I didn't take the time to make my own graphics (or even download them for god sake) WHY? Because I was just starting to learn...

So yeah, But hey, don't abandon your game or anything, It might be good, but not as good as Dark Age, maybe, Dark Edge. Smile

Mark of the Dragon: Hey, just out of interest, to you have an old download of Eternal Blade so I can just see what it was like?

Accually I think you can download it of of MS still, look under the E section.

Note, the graphics are really bad. Nothing like how he is now, MotD is a pretty good graphics artist, now.

Yet, so is Dippy.... <_< Hmmm....

I looked, and it said "Download Unavaiable!"

I think he requested it be taken of MS a while ago. That's probably why it's gone.

He requested it off when he took time off a few months ago. I did play it a bit and it was ok, probably better than Phantas's first demo will be.
