I was downloading TK games and came across one called "The Quest". This game has nothing to do with the TK. ITs a freaking offer thing for a sweepstakes and then gives you a lame Zelda game that isn't made in the TK.

Here are some screens:

This site needs a game moderator or something who checks that submitted games are functional, made with the TK, etc.

Haraldur, should be doing that. He's suposed to review all the games. But he useally dosen't have the time.

Reviewing is a different task than checking for basic functionality.

Of course, Harly could handle both.

I'll say. That game has been there for 5 years.

Haraldur's job is only to handle submitted reviews. If he wants to review games, that's perfectly fine, but it's not a requirement for his position, otherwise he'd be replaced by now Smile

I used to check the games to make sure they ran, particularly back in the old days when it was quite common to see people submit broken games, but after a while I stopped. Kind of surprised this hadn't shown up sooner, however, that obviously means that this guys advertisement didn't work to well, because obviously not very many people downloaded the game Razz

Feel free to do it volentarily, but honestly, most of the non-working games are probably years and years old. Most new games these days are downloaded by someone, and they usually complain about the game not working for whatever reason. I see no need to add someone as a full time admin though.

Why isn't "Last of the Luministars" up? Please tell me somebody still has the files for it, all you have to do is copy all the files to a new game and set the start character and board. After that it works fine.
