Well, I was thinking of maybe to make the site more popular, I was thinking of making UCI into a game-making site that host games. Meaning I'll have to switch hosts. (No, I'm not switching to GeoCites.) Simaler to Mystic Software, but my site will host other games, like Sphere, Fury2, Game Maker, and RPG Maker for those who bought it legally. I'd even host games not even make with a game making engine, that were simply make in VB, C/C++, or Javascript.
I know a couple others here who've made games not made with the TK. Dude Man made a Game Maker game, MotD is making games from other game makers. (Might not be able to host the RPG Maker one though.) Even Xorlak has made a non-TK game in Javascript called JFighter.
So, what's your opinion on this idea.
Any resourses for this site could be useful. (i.e. web hosts, domain registration sites, etc.) Thanks!
EDIT: I think I already found a <a href='http://godaddy.com' target='_blank'>good domain registration site</a> for it, but good web hosting is what we still need. Just can't be a click and drag site-builder, needs to have a good Admin Control Panel, and PLEASE tell me it allows you to use FTP servers to upload. Mystic Software and GeoCites are not anwsers.

Xorlak's game was made with Java, not Javascript. The two languages have nothing to do with each other, save for name and syntax.
-
Heh. Sorry. I don't know too much about Java myself too be quite honest with myself.

and RPG Maker for those who bought it legally
Dude? What's the point of that. You have to be in Japan to buy it legally, and the legal version is only in japanize. And people who bought it legally wouldn't be able to have it hosting on your site, because it's not japanize.
-
True... but someone could buy it legally in japan and then, um... download the translated version and dump the japanese one... then they would have funded the company and gotten a version in English. Though technically I'm not sure about whether that would make it legal... probably not... Hmm...
-
Hmm, true. Maybe I should change that rule. Plus, I suppose I'd get more hits if I allowed RPG Maker games that way anyways, since it's the most popular game maker out there.
-
But it's NOT the best! You hear me! Not the best!
*smashes a glass vase with a baseball bat and runs off* TOOLKIT RULES!

I said most popular, not most best. Big differences.

Accually no, you aren't the reason I have the sign in my sig at all.
