hey im a noob and i need some help can someone make a boss guide or point me in the right direction for one cause im stuck on the Dark Slayer boss

That one can be kind of tough.  Level up some and try again.  If you haven't obtained Erik's extra transformations, those definitely help, as does going through Darius' side quest at Celena.

the transformations i have for erik are wyrven golem posidon and red dragon and i dont know how to get to celena could u help me out with that?

There's a cave to the north of Sarry.  (You'll have to backtrack through the underground  passage to get there.)
