Title: png to tst

Who do you change png files into tilesets?  I have a tile set editor that I download from this site but it doesnt show trasparncy.  I have a lot of cool png files that I would like to use as tiles but cant seem to get them into a tileset format.  Any help?  Thanx.

That's were the very handy tool, the Tile Grabber comes in handy. That and advanced tileset editor are likely the best things (graphic wise) added in TK3.

The user guide should tell you pretty much everything you'll need to know about it. (It's a short read, heh)

Well, first of all I don't think any of the tilset rippers or whatever support transparency. the easiest thing to do is just open a tile in the RPGTK editor. then go to "image" at the top drop down menu and select "grab tiles", when that opens there is a picture of a folder on the bottom toolbar. Click that open your image. then on the bottom toolbar agian click, "Batch Grab 32x32" after you click that you will be prompted to save it as a tileset. Tah Dah! also, if you do want transparency, then open each tile and fill in the transparent pixels with transparency. Tah Dah!

I forgot about the tile grabber.  I have read the entire manual to the toolkit but I guess I havent remembered every thing.   Im goin to re-read the manual again before I ask any more stupid questions.  Thanx guys for your help.
