Title: ...?!! Blast it!! (DALpedia images)

For some odd reason, today I found that darkagegames.net had been wiped clean.  The database was fine, but all my files were deleted.  This included DALpedia.

Not the end of the world.  I simply re-uploaded everything.  Since the database (posts on my site, DALpedia articles) was intact, I managed to get everything back up and running in an hour.  Problem:  Since users upload images to DALpedia independently, I don't have a backup of those, meaning we lost every single image uploaded there... Blast it!!!

Images can simply be re-uploaded by visiting the image's page (like this (http://http://www.darkagegames.net/dalpedia/index.php/Image:Worldmap1.gif)) and clicking on 'upload a new version of this file'. This is of course a *huge* pain, but there's nothing else we can do.

*is not having a good week.  Or month for that matter...*

Man that sucks. Well don't worry Xorlak, I'll re-upload as much of them as possible.

But yeah, I hear ya man, March is usually a crappy month for me too. Razz

EDIT: Okay, this is weird, I re-uploaded Duilin's picture but it still doesn't show up on the page. Plus I get this at the top of the page before the actual page...

Anyone else see this?

EDIT 2: ARG! Okay, I'm trying to re-upload that picture Mikado drew of Duilin but no matter what I do it just won't show on the page! I was able to reupload one of those sprite pictures, but NOT  Mikado's picture!!

Hehe, my original Kronos picture wasn't backed up. Looks like we're going to rely on Mikado's omniscient rendition of him instead ^_^

Edit my Edit: commands such as |200px| don't work, and neither does uploading JPGs for me. o_o

Should be working now, so try uploading again.  There may be a few I need to fix manually, so let me know if one doesn't work.  (Or just upload the image with a different file name.)

Edit: If people haven't figured it out already, you can view all the images you've submitted to the site for easy re-uploading by going to the 'my contributions' link in the upper right hand corner, then setting the 'Namespace' field to 'Image'.

I re-upload a butt-load of pictures. Some of them had to remade or I had to use different pictures. The Machinegun, Shotgun and Flamethrower don't have the same images, but I think the new ones I found are better.
