What do ya think?
o, and i have all of brash's graphics( ithink) from the demo.

Read Dark Age 2 FAQ first, man, Xorlak put it on his site today.

If you mean "rip off his graphics" in any way, I'm sure he'll send you forth back into the hellz that spawned you.

And as for teaching things, he will send you to several tutorials and a sacred word of BLENDER.

(Actually he posted this before I put the FAQ up, heh...)

I'd rather you didn't include Brash in your game (mostly because it wouldn't fit in at all with the Dark Age 2 story, heh...) Sorry...

If you need some programming help, though, go ahead and email your programs to me and I'll take a look at them (please don't ask me to write a program from scratch, though).

im having some problems again...(im sure you had a lot of them with your bs...rite?) but when it has the speed gauge bar, the enemy's zips forward even though its spd! is less than my character's heres the little portion:

Code: [Select]
:bar
*kail's bar*
#Delay(.001)
#Kail_Bar!=Kail_Bar!+Kail_Spd!
#Kail_Barfill!=Kail_Bar!+356
#If (Kail_Barfill!>=573)
{
#Kail_Barfill!=573
#Kail_Bar!=217
}
#Color(104)
#FillRect(356,331,Kail_Barfill!,343)
#If (Kail_Bar!=217){#BattleChoice()}

*enemy's bar*
#ene_Bar!=ene_Bar!+enemy[1]spd!
#ene_Barfill!=ene_Bar!+356
#If (ene_Barfill!>=573)
{
#ene_Barfill!=573
#ene_Bar!=217
}
#Color(104)
#FillRect(356,200,ene_Barfill!,212)
#If (ene_Bar!=217)
{
#Enemy1Turn
#Branch (:statrefresh)
}
#Branch (:bar)

*note Enemy1Turn and BattleChoice are custom methods, and Kail_Spd!=6 and enemy[1]spd!=2 (just to debug and stuff)

Actually I didn't get to it yet...  But by glancing at it just now, I'm pretty sure enemy[1]spd! won't work (you need the index at the end of the variable, like enemyspd[1]!).

oh yeah (again), is there any specific reason you put the items information in it's own program, or is it easier to just put all the methods in the item selection program and just load them with #RPGcode (i only just found out about this code like...2 days ago...where'd i be without it?)

Using 1 item in 1 program is much easier, more clear, and it's more fun to create new items this way...

Watch out. Xorlak can change into a lightning-elemental dragon anytime, especially if you spam too much.  :ph34r:

LOL, if you think that'll piss him off, then wait 'till you see what he'll do next time I bug him about a battle system!

That's right, Xorlak. It's coming....IT'S COMING...and you won't know when until it happens...HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!

LOL! In your control panel, look for "Change Email Address"

If it doesn't work, then IB hates you, or you need to make sure you're using the gray-ish template, not the bright blue one.

By IB staff I mean staff which operarates the IB forums, not the MS* forums, Ib, not Ms, Ib, not Ms, Ib, not Ms. Amen.

*By MS I mean Mystic Software, not Microsoft. We all know it was Spyder made MS Dos and MS Windows but Microsoft had same letter shortcut for their company and used it to their adventage.  :angry:  So next time you'll notice your windows sux, blame Spyder.  Laughing

IB, as we found out, is Invision Power board. I said it should be IPB, which would be a TLA (Three Letter Acronym).
