A new resource site for the Tk community has been born! Rpg Central (http://http://www.rpgcentral.o-f.com/home.html)
Send in your resources and this site will grow to be as big as the TK Zone or GShack! Common over!! To find out about submiting, just visit the section you want to submit to to find out! Enjoy!
-
I suggest you post this on the RPG Toolkit forums as well.
-
good idea
-
Thanks! Very Happy
-
Any guests or users, send in any resources you want to donate to the Rpg Central, its free to use, and will be like a trading post, any one can access what others have made at any time! this will help every one out! Very Happy
-
DarkElite check your E-mail I sent you your first file!!!! Very Happy
-
Right, I will put a link up when I am not busy downloading games.
-
thanks quoaz!!! i uploaded one of my own before yours, but i realized you send it to me first heh!! Laughing so you are the first person....now the community of my site will thrive because of you!!! thanks!!! Very Happy
-
I've send you something, too. Very Happy
-
no prob B)
-
Could you chang the name to quoaz's Mwin theres an Mwin at G'shack that called Easy Mwin 1.0 and I don't want people to get cofused.
-
I am doing mathematics coursework at the moment, and so I do not have free time to put a link up. Do you have a banner I can use for the link when it is up?
-
Although all of you are giving files to my competition, that's ok. I can already guess the fate of startup resource sites before they even start up. It will die, like all the rest. Mystic Software will prevail. Wink
-
Well, if I ever get any resources I want to share, I will send them to every resource site, as my ego dictates.
-
Wrong, Spyder. Mysticsoftware will fall, too, but maybe it will be one day after the end of the world.
Tk zone fell, after all... Though it's back.
-
Hehe. No I think it will not fall unless the TK completely collapses. Why? I have faith in Spyder.
DarkElite: I have put a link up on my site, but it may not have updated yet.
-
TKZ never fell....I just had life to get on with and no one was around to run my baby that I could trust....but hey...competition is always healthy.
-
Hi, you must be Vampz.
*bows to Vampz*
Visit why do you not? It would be good to have more people here.
-
The inter-nationalistic transfer of people between the communities lowers the nationalistic support of people for the community, which results in, well, globalism and mix between communities, at which point the communities become useless, which is not too good for any of them.
-
Actually, I think then communities would become more important. There would be more members, more posts, "trade" of members etc.
To be honest, this place is a bit of a backwater. A backwater which is nice and I like to visit it a lot, but still a backwater pretty much isolated from the rest of the community.
-
A tribe of indians have taught a young boy all their traditions, respect and love for his community. They sent him into the far world with his strong faith in ideals, and awaited his return. The boy returned after a month, with a baseball hat, video camera and, while eating chips, said to his fellow tribesman "C'mon guyz! Ya seem backwata!"
-
On the other hand, the other communities are similar to this one and share a common interest: RPG Toolkit.
-
Hey, DarkElite! I submited something to your site! But you most likely all ready know that. But if you don't then now you do! Laughing
-
TKZ never fell....I just had life to get on with and no one was around to run my baby that I could trust....but hey...competition is always healthy.
Hmm, MrG? Mike Hill? You don't trust them? Not that I'm complaining...I got two hard working staff members out of it...but still...
As for Mystic Software dying, it was the first TK resource site, and will be the last. Of course...weather or not there are any updates inbetween...we'll just have to wait and see Wink
-
Yeah, simply leave mysticsoftware unupdated and wait for all other tk sites to fall, then delete it. It will be the first and the last this way. Wink
-
But if it that way, fewer people will visit it.
-
MrG? Mike Hill? You don't trust them?
With all due respect to Mikey Hill, he isn't really qualified for managing a large and succesful site. At TKZ the most he ever did was set up a few php forums and try to push for PHPNuke. At MS, all he did was half complete a rather half-baked PHP run site.
He's a nice guy, but he's far too young and ill'guided to run a site which I was paying for =).
And MrG, I do not believe he wanted to run TKZ. That was the impression I got, he was far more happy creating a mini-code site...which is why I effectively gave him TKZ's coding section to run.
Which left no one else...
-
I take it you are Vampz?
-
the Rpg Central will never fall! i will take it to the end! Razz
-
He claims hopefully, unwary of the dangers that lie ahead: boredom, depression, feeling of be underappreciated and smugness.
-
cough cough
-
Wow, a moderator apart from Spyder and Xorlak actually posting.
