Then I'll force Bill gates to draw all money from all banks, ruining world economy... Finally, I will collect maculature and recieve free trees to plant from greenpeace organisation... I will in-forest whole world and the amount of oxygen produces from all the plants will kill humanity and all other life... I will become unquestionable leader of this Solar System and everything beyond...!

It's actually painless. There was a man in America who got hobby of being struck by lightning. He had magnificent abilities to survive it - whenver storm was coming, he was going out with a golf stick. He said he likes that feeling.

Ever had an accident? Like being struck by a car? Things are happening so rapid you actually don't feel any pain, thanks to the overall system shock. This only happens if you organism is unpreppared. So suicide run under a truck should hurt you much. Or many, not... Anyone care to try?

Really, it's not very common thing to actually die from thunder. Electricity comes down the spine, through the heart, heading toward ground fast, mostly also touching nerves. Victims of thunderclaps are usually defeaned, blinded and scorched (temperature is extreme within thunders, it's said to be a few thousands celsius grades). Most deaths are from heart problems, heart recieved a great dose of electricity and shocked, can't work, so victim dies as he is unconsious.

Yes, the heart's pacemaker is very vulnerable to electric shocks, especially if they are a.c. current.

um... yes, I'm around... just not quite so much around the tk community for now, since I havent' got anything to update on my game.... Razz

Not to mention that web comic project of mine is taking up a lot of time too... since it needs to be updated twice a week.

And I just recently got a job.... so I'm going to have even less time...ahhh!

Thanks for asking though, Spyder... I'm touched. *sniffs*

1. you would die from the lightning, not the thunder  Laughing
2. lightning goes from the ground up, rarly from the sky to the ground unless highly condudcted

1. It is a common mistake DarkElite
2. Actually, that is an illusion, due to its speed, the sky is charged, not the ground.

1. Yeah, right, I mistake these words.
2. Lightning strikes from the sky, then is conducted to the ground.

DarkElite... Abandon your heretic beliefs. Thunders are born in the sky, when air is ionised and begins conducting electricity, which searches easiest way to ground itself, thus is brang down passing through closest (from the sky, that is highest) point it senses, straight down the earth.

Thunders striking from ground to sky? It's insane, really. Thunders strike from one part of air to another, there are even ball thunders, but I've never heard about underground thunder.

The vision of thunder is almost instant, that's why some people might think it comes from the ground... But it's simply stupid. Thunders want to ground themselves, they don't want to get up high.

Okay, okay! Sorry! In Poland the word thunder is commonly used for lightning... Didn't know it makes such a different.
