I got in touch with rackhost.net today and all the accounts should not work, apparently the passwords wern't getting synced properly. Let me know if you have any more problems.
-
so theyre fixed?!?! yes!!! thank the Lord!!!
-
hmm...i still cant get on....grrr <_< ...
-
Hmm, it worked for me. If your using IE to login, try logging in twice. For example, after you type in ftp://www.mysticsoftware.net (http://ftp://www.mysticsoftware.net) and the window pops up, and you log in. After it sits there a bit, try clicking on File, Login, and logging in again. Make sure your username is all lowercase as well, and that it includes the @mysticsoftware.net at the end of it.

ohhh....yeah, i was capitalizing the name

Very Happy

sweet!! its working!!! Laughing , so do i put all the files into the cgi bin of just into the normal one?
-
Just drag and drop them right into the window, not into the CGI bin. Your main file has to be named something like index.htm, or index.html, or I think home.htm may work as well too. Most people use index.htm or .html. To be different, I use the .html extension for my main page, and for all the others I use .htm B) . Good luck!

I'm not shure if its working. The url sez(copy paste  )ftp://mysticsoftware.net@www.mysticsoftware.net/
shouldint it be
ftp://quoaz@mysticsoftware.net@www.mysticsoftware.net/ (http://ftp://quoaz@mysticsoftware.net@www.mysticsoftware.net/)
I can see the cgi bin and it shows my user name at the bottem grey bar.
did it work???
-
Hmmm, still I get a blank page. It's XP only or what? Or do I have to re-login or smth?
-
once its done the first time you go into file / login as and type the stuff in again
-
Yeah...not sure why it's doing that. It didn't used to...
-
Hmmm....Did my acount die or did I do something wrong because I can't log in!
-
If your using IE to loging, after logging in the first time, if it doesn't display the CGI Bin folder, you need to click File, Login, and login again. Make sure your using all lowercase, and make sure your username has "@mysticsoftware.net" after it or it will not work. I tried your account and it's working fine.

Okay, Thank you sir.
