Post by: Anonymous on April 11, 2004, 03:52:00 PM: Hello, people of the Mystic Software Forums. I am DemonicYamiWesley. I hail from the far, distant land of the RPGCode Forums. Lately we have had a drought of members. Our forum used to flourish, but due to some technical difficulties, It was down for a while and everyone believed that it had been proclaimed "dead". We would like a few members to visit and post around for a while, at least until we can revive our deceased forum, thank you.

And the reason I don't like it is because of all the fighting and the hatetread and way to many members and the only good emoticon is Mr.Green! Some elements might be based on true facts. Like the flood, and the melting of glaciers in ice age. What's more interesting, the "Epos of Gilgamesh", first found written text (from king Assurbanipal's library), older than Bible, also speaks about a giant flood which the man Gilgamesh, chosen by the gods, survived.

I don't believe Bible was written under special influence of Holy Spirit. It was written by people. People, which make mistakes. For example, different things look different in various evangelies. They were written from various points of view.

For example, Lucas was a medic from profession, so he included some "biological" explanations for several things. Like putting impact on raised-from-dead people (like Lazah or whoever) being weak after this process, Jesus telling the others to give them something to eat. Or Jesus "sweating blood" (a natural biological thing known to science) during his prayer in Getsemane.

Similarily, for example, only Lucas included info that Jesus was sent back to Herod by Pilate, and only John included info about Jesus forgiving the other bandit on the cross.

Since today, the "true" jews use calendar based on cabalistic calculations, which precisely counted days using Bible and indicates we have about 6000 year by now.
