Stop reviving topics that have been dead for weeks. And don't try to say you didn't notice the date. The default number for how many days back these forums show is 30 days. You've replied to at least one topic that was more than 2 months old.
-
Wow, Word, you make quick work at annoying your new forum admin =P
-
It shows about 30 Days old stuff?! No spyder, Im serious I didn't see the date's nor do I know how old things are. I never read the dates, I just look for a post that I can reply to or that I know somthing About, Im being serious here, no joke.
-
I really see no harm in doing that, but it does get a bit annoying... Only do it if you have a VERY good reason to.
-
A very, very, very good reason two!
-
I did have a very good reason to, I was reading it and gave my opinnions on it. And no I don't intentionaly do things, sometimes I just don't pay attention to details, thus the date thing.

I understand that, but other than the General Discussion forum, every forum at MS is set to show only posts that have been replied to in the last 30 days. You have to click on a different number of days and then click "Go!" for it to show anything beyond that. It's not a real big deal or anything, and I'm certainly not going to ban you for doing it once or twice, but I'd appreciate it if you started looking at the dates before you post from now on. I'm pretty sure there is a function in these forums that lets you auto-lock posts after a certain period of time. I'll probably be enabling that.

That's it. You must have opened the page with older topics.
-
Don't post all ready get deleted asfter like....5 months....that's to long!
-
I don't know...I can't seem to find the thing that lets me auto-prune anymore...
-
Maybe MJH know's he is in charge of the fourm, right?

Will do! I think the auto prune thing is in the admin control area, in the forum or board control section, don't quote me on it though.
