I've now seen the third Matrix movie (I actally saw it a while ago...but yeah) and by far, it is the best of them all!! It's the best movie I've seen! I dont see why some meny didn't like it, it was amazing! Now, I've seen it so many times that I've been able to memorize the words (non-english, i think they made it up...) sung in the fight between Smith and Neo at the end (Neodammerung as the track name).

Second part was far better. Third part was simply one big beating-up without any morals, with the screwed up ending which burried every piece of sense of this movie, and replaced with neo-gnostical para-religious happy end.

Let's face it, third part lacks the perfect dialogues, lacks the perfect Oracle character (the actress died, sadly) and generally beside good special effects it's not really well done - and special effects aren't what I've came to the cinema for.

Compare second part - there were excellent scenes (the scene with Neo fighting with Smiths is far better than the Neo/Smith fight at the end, or even Neo fighting with Seraph is excellent), there are excellent dialogues (the Oracle, the Architect) and generally well done moments (the chase through the highway).

Matrix 3 should be rather called "Matrix: Apocalypse". 3 hours of watching as robots are fighting with people, with their totally physically impossible mechs which can move two arms in different directions, looking like from some bad old children anime toon and the dull ending about "peace between humans and machines".

the ending was horrible, i agree, but when you watch a movie....why the hell are you thinking about it? you supposed to not think, and let the movie do that for you, i mean stop questioning it, and just enjoy it!!

Movies are for people to watch, not people are to watch movies.

I like movies (or games, books or tv programmes) which give you something to think about. Then it lasts for much longer after you've stopped watching (or playing or reading Razz)

I haven't seen the third Matrix movie yet, but I want to. The first two were both awesome.

No it is not accualy, he means. A movies purpose is to be watched by people. A persons purpose is not to watch movies. Totally different!
