MrB also reviewed my game The Black Walkway 2, but didn't submit it to MS. Meh, it was a bad review to. Okay, he gave marks of for things the TK dose, like the no looping music, the defeault battle system not working properly, and he said it used the defeault menu system, when IT DID NOT! Sheesh...learn to review before you do....Oh new signutare idea!

But I do supose I have to give him some credit for makeing the review...

Well, I'd beat the shit out of you if I could... didn't you send me an email on how much you enjoyed reading the review and appreciated the advice?

Also, like KSNiloc said, that was the default MS, even if you change a few graphics around.  Also, even if TK doesn't loop music, it's your responsibility to make sure the .midi is long enough to always have music playing.   People said the music wasn't long enough in my game and you don't see me bitching about it.

To Spyder: I have a PM over at TKZ for you on putting up The Dragoon on MS without my permission.  Asking is great, but I never said yes.  I don't want The Dragoon on MS because the rating system is terrible, and I don't want my game part of it.  Also, I don't care to have anything linking to a review written by someone that played THREE BOARDS (it's been admitted by KSNiloc) of the first version of the release.  I insist on the reviewer to download any patches on the game when being reviewed, just like you reasonably insisted on me donwnloading the G:A patch when I reviewed it.  It's called respect - something KSNiloc has yet to discover.

Man, that's awesome to see you actually finish at least one part of series and planning to release it and publish it yourself... I'm sure this has a been a dream of yours for awhile, and it's great to see you accomplish it.  If I can talk my dad into letting me use his credit card, I'll pre-order a copy... though he's had some really bad experiences with online purchases lately, possibly because of me, so not sure if it's gonna happen... Sad

Anyway, great job following through, and best of luck to making some sort of profit out of it all.

And yes, I'm still MrB everyone, I was just too lazy to register the new name... Razz

As for TKZ's games section...I don't see how it could be any different than MS's other than being PHP, but I'll guess we'll have to see what happens with it. It'll be interesting nonetheless.

 

Other than being PHP... to me, that's a HUGE difference, especially with just the amount of PHP the games section will feature once Vampz completes it.

Sorry Spyder, but the Games section will soon be the best part of TKZ (except the forums of course Very Happy), so to try to only compete with that is... well, stupid.

I suggest you wait a few days and see how the Games section over at TKZ turns out.  If it's half as good as Vampz has told me, you won't be able to compete with it...
