Okay, I've finally admitted, MS Word isn't the best program for Web Page designing. So yeah, does anyone here know a good program that is good for designing?
The truth is, Notepad dosen't appear to suit my needs.

Hmm, looks interesting. I'll check it out.

(Just so you know, this does not mean the we no longer need more posts here. Though KSNiloc's one does look promising.)

I don't think Colin was being serious. Zend is really above the head of someone progressing from Word, really for serious php developers as opposed to those seeking a glorified editor. Plus it's a 21 day trial.

Crimson Editor does me fine for routien html/css editing.

You can download FrontPage Express free somewhere on Microsoft's site.

Edit: Couldn't find it on their site anymore, but it's mirrored <a href='http://sssd.k12.ar.us/FPinstall.exe' target='_blank'>here</a>.

FrontPage is accually the program I was planning on using. I just posted this to see if I can get a better program.

Well, what the hell. I guess I'll just go with FrontPage.

P.S. This does indeed mean I'm going to start working on a new look for my site soon...
