Programmer Needed in Toronto Ontario
We are looking for someone to help with the scripting of a project we are doing involving rpgtoolkit. There will be deferred payment and the opportunity to contribute to other areas of artistic content of the project.
I have come up with an idea to use rpgtoolkit to create a large interactive 'digital neighborhood' in the motif of these classic rpg video games. It will have a full orginal soundtrack, and interactivity and text designed and written by the participants.
Basically what we are doing is allowing each participant in the project to make their own internal spaces using whatever method they'd wish (pixel editing, photo/collage, drawing/painting, video composite, or flash)
This 'game' will be an open ended exploratory space with some callbacks to the original medium (a few special battles or other traditional interactivity) and some other interactivity as designed by the participants. We are hoping to also add interactivity that works outside of the game (prizes or puzzles obtainable or partially solvable through interaction will real events).
