Well, I just watched the Japanese trailer for Final Fantasy XII, and I must say...it looked pretty cheesy... The graphics were good and all, but the main character is a boy, that looks like a girl!

Heres a link to the video:

Okay. These guys are hardcore. 12 so-called sequels!!! I'm geting sick of this! The same bosses every second game, the same summons!!! I'll begin playing FFs again when Final Fantasy 21 and half comes out.

Hmm...I thought FFXII was supposed to be an online game as well... The main character did look a bit feminine, but hey, not as much as the main character in FFIX  Wink . What do you mean by the same bosses Cesque? I don't remember fighting bosses that were the same in different FF's...  Besides, FF needs something that ties the games together since the games aren't actual "sequels" to each other. The summon's help do this.

I'm not as pissed with them as Cesque, but they do seem to just be rushing out with these games just to get money...thought I must say, some of them have been very well made, like IV, V, VI, VII, and VIII (especially eight! Smile ).

Why shouldn't they continue to make more when each and every Final Fantasy continues to sell? They have more than 13 BTW.

FF1
FF2
FF3
FF4
FFMQ
FF5
FF6
FF7
FFT
FF8
FF9
FF10
FF10-2
FF11
FFCC

And a few for the GameBoy that I don't know the titles to.

Final Fantasy Legends 1-3 for GB.  And Final Fantasy Tactics Advance for GBA.  The main chara in FFTA appears like a girl, and considering FFXII is based on the same world as FFTA, just 100 years earlier.  Also FFXI is the only intended online FF game.

Soon they'll make Final Fantasy: Fishing Fanatics, Final Fantasy: Chocobo Racing & Final Fantasy: Moggles (like the Sims)

Same bosses, Spyder? Calculate how many times in games you had to fight Tiamat, Leviathan or Odin... This mostly depends on the same-summons thing.

And each time, Odin has different story  Very Happy In FF4 he's spirit of dead king, in FF6 he's an esper of ancient castle, in FF5 he's some summon imprisoned in crystal, etc...

OMG, CESQUE! So what if Odin alone has a different backstory every time? The games have totally different stories every time! Different worlds! In fact, in case you haven't noticed, the summons change their appearances in every game. If you think about it, maybe the summons aren't EXACTLY the same summons from previous games; they just have the same name and attributes as in the previous games!

Oh, and by the way, fighting Tiamat again isn't that big of a deal! You are just whining about names! WOuld you rather have Tiamat, a totally cool dragon with an equally cool name, be called "Bob the Dragon", the lamest name of all? Look at Zelda! They change the world of Hyrule in each one! And Link always "FINDS" the master sword in each one. Funny, I dont see you complaining about that, huh?

You were born in the land of Warrior Pride. You live to fight, you have a strong spirit, courage and bravery. Strong lord! Unsheath thy sword, rush into war and strip the enemy of his flesh down to the core.

Yeah I noticed that....Link dose allways find the Master Sword in each one....They really should find a different thing to do. Or a different sword. But oh well I'm not going wine about that because it's not my style! B)
