Hmm..

 Car chase Is too long, and there are too many enemies there. Maybe if i could get past it, I would like the game.

Here's a good strategy.

Save your game after every Killer Clone battle, and every time you win, you
obtain a First Aid Kit. Use one if you're low on HP.
Eventually, you'll reach the level boss, Machine Gun.
