I looked into the games, and they seem to be working fine. You probably didn't download the file all the way. Sometimes on dial up (and on rare occasions, on broadband) the file will act as if it is finished, but actually only partially downloaded the file. If this happens, you'll need to clear your temporary internet files before downloading again, otherwise it will just download the cached file, which is the same corrupt file you already tried.
As for the resources, I'm not sure what's going on. I'll have to talk to one of the other staff and see if they can figure it out.
