Name: Aquaria (Uh-quayr-ee-uh), or Aq (Ahck)

Age: 20 years.

Gender: Female.

Class: Pirate.  Well, sorta.  She'll go around, draw a crude map of a city or otherwise specified place, then raid it!  'Cause everybody likes a mischevious pirate ^_-

Race: Zora (Yes, I'm still a Zelda freak)

Weapons: (Swept-hilt fencing rapier)
Aq carries a long, thin rapier. She has been well trained with it, and is a proficient duelist. The hilt has the cage, which guards her hand against stray hits from an opponent's weapon. Other than that, it is just a steel rapier, though deadly in her well-practiced hand.

Fins

She can also use her fins, which hang out of slits in her sleeves as weapons, as can all Zoras. They are sharp and will cause cuts, if not more severe wounds.

Hair: None, she's a Zora  Razz . Her headfin, however, reflects her attitude. It is shorther than other Zora's headfins by necessity. She can't have it get in the way when she has to leave town in a hurry, for whatever reason that may be. When it gets to her shoulder, it splits into the normal, two spade-shaped fins on the end. It, like the rest of her body, is a light blue, almost white.

Facial Hair:    How dare you!?  *slap*

Height: 5'7".

Weight:    Once again, how dare you!?

Clothing: Ok, top to bottom: She has a red bandana tied around the top of her head, and a large, three-sided leather hat over that ((Pirates of the Caribbean fans, Cap'n Jack's hat)). She has many different disguises that may go on her face. Sometimes, she may be wearing an eyepatch, sometimes a bandana over her mouth, sometimes both, mostly neither.

Over her torso, she wears a long-sleeved, baggy white tunic with laces near the neckline. Over that, Aq wears a sleeveless brown leather vest that she keeps open in the front. There are large slits in the bottom of her sleeves to let her fins out, for the more weaponry on you, the better. Sometimes she wears a thick brown leather glove on her left arm (which is her stronger and preferred) for Arrow to land on, but mostly goes without that as well.

Aq wears dark green, almost black pants. They are slightly baggy, enough to be comfortable, but not so much as to keep her from being able to run ((Once again, when needed )). A leather belt holds these up, fastened by a buckle that looks like a gold piece. The gold piece is engraved with a skull, and two cutlasses crossing behind them, the symbol of her class. On the belt is a pouch holding most of her larger items. Whatever it can't hold is easily held in all the pockets all over the other garments she wears. The belt also holds the sheath for her rapier.

Her boots are made from Dodongo leather, and Goron tanners made them. She stole them in a particular raid nearly a year ago. They are well worn-in now, enough to be comfortable, and still sturdy enough to be well-worth the risk she went through to get them. They have carried her away from many arrests, and she values them above most of her clothing, though she treasures her hat above all else.

Abilities:
Fencing: Lunges, parries, ripostes.  She'll totally school you in a duel Wink

Elemental Rapier: Combines an element (stated below) with her rapier to make a special strike.  It takes a few moments of intense concentration to start the following spells to work.

LIGHTNING: Blue sparks and tendrils of electricity surround her blade and will damage the victim when contact is made.

FIRE: Her blade is surrounded in flames and will severely burn the victim when contact is made.

WATER: The blade will turn into a liquid form and will pass through any surface, and will randomly hit certain places.  Example: It'll turn liquid and be swung through a person's torso, only hitting their liver xD.

EARTH: When the rapier is swung, a wave of earth follows it's trajectory and spreads, injuring anybody caught in the path.

DARK: Wherever the blade hits, the skin turns green and smells disgusting, cause it's poisoned.

TIME: When the blade hits or touches anything, that thing will freeze where it is temporarily (only about five seconds).

Bio: ((Come sit around the fire, for I have a tragic tale of loss and revenge))

Aquaria was born in Zora's Domain, as most Zora are. She went to the Zora school, every sign saying she was destined to grow up a normal Zora.

That is... until she was five. When she was this age, her father got into a fight with the shopkeeper in Zora's Domain. Supposedly, the shopkeeper had said something about Aq. Some harsh words were exchanged, and her father, always having a bad temper, took the 'honor' of the first blow upon himself. By the time other Zoras got in to break it up, the shopkeeper was bleeding from hundreds of different wounds caused by Aq's father's fins. He didn't survive to see the next sunrise.

Her father was immediantly declared insane and was exiled from the domain. His wife, Aq's mother, was extremely loyal to him and went with him, and Aq, being five, would have blindingly followed her parents anywhere. So the three left the domain, only Aquaria looking back.

It would seem the Zoran messangers travel faster than travellers. Aq's father couldn't get a job in Hyrule Castle Town, nor Kakariko. After a few weeks of trying, he gave up. His family was starving from barely any to sometimes no food. So he started stealing. Not large amounts, for he was against it, but only enough to keep them alive. He was rarely caught, but somehow found his way out of everything if he was.

When Aq became a teenager, she started wanting to help her father. He didn't want to force her to, but things were bleak, so he was forced to accept. He taught her how to use the Zora's natural light-weight to sneak into a place quietly, and use their natural speed to get away if caught. One time that she was caught, the owner of the store made sure she didn't get away, and the shopowner cut her with his knife as punishment, giving her a scar that runs from the corner of one eye straight down to her chin. She still has that scar today...

Her father's luck, however, didn't last. The next day, seeing through a haze of blind fury, he confronted the shopkeeper that had attacked his daughter. This time, he didn't win the resulting fight. He was killed, and Aq was left with her only memento of him, a book he had given her describing the Zoran Corsairs of some century gone by. She read it every night, and took the words to heart.

She became the very epitome of the texts. She started dressing like they had dressed, talking like they had talked, acting like they had acted. She found that her skills as a thief evolved as well. She now doesn't steal just whatever she *needs*, but whatever looks good to her. She will walk around a town all day, chatting with important people and learning the locations of the more... valuable objects in said village/town/city. Then she will go back to her camp, usually sat up just out of town or in a remote location (ie. an abandoned house, the dead end of an alley, etc.). There, she will draw out a rough map of the town (Cartography I), and write down some notes on what she is planning on doing. In the middle of that night, she will sneak back into town (or, in the case of Hyrule Castle Town, she will have already been in town). She will go to the places, sneak in, take what is required, and leave quickly.

Usually, however, she will sell the items, and spend all the rupees on a night of celebrating; eating, drinking, and being merry! If anything is left over by the next morning, she may spend it on clothes if she needs new ones, or enough food to keep her going while she is forced to 'lie low' until she can get another heist planned out. It isn't the easiest life, but it is definitely exciting.

Personality: Aq has been long steeled to violence. Since she was young, she has been exposed to it, and she has adapted pretty well. Her parents were cast out of Zora's Domain for unspeakable crimes. They were forced to become thieves, and this reflected onto her. She knows how to seduce petty strangers when needed, and does it quite well. Aq does have a bias against killing, but if she is forced into the position, she does what is required to survive. She speaks and acts like the storybook Corsairs of times long past. If a good heist is made, and she gets a good amount of loot, it is usually gone by the next morning, spent in the nearest pub, or on some new clothes.

*** Miscellaneous information ***

Aquaria has a Cooper's Hawk named Arrow that helps her.  They share a sort of telepathic link, where images from their sight and emotions can cross to the other.
