Clothes: Black jean jacket with drawing of blue sword on back over blue t-shirt, black jeans, black boots. Sakaba-tou sheathed at left side of waist.
Abilities:
Ki Ball Bring some ki out through his hands, form it into a ball, and do whatever with it.
Satsujin Ha Fire a big wave of ki at someone(s).
Mugen Hikari Summon a large ball of golden energy to annihilate his target(s).
Transform Temporarily increase his strength and speed.
NOTE: Neo is not a hugely strong DBZ guy! Just because he can project explosive ki and that he's of a strange race does not mean he is!
Bio:
Neo was born on Earth. He had an older brother, Jin Eternity. One day, when he was walking with his parents, he wandered off into the woods. His evil cousin, Zero Eternity appeared outside the woods and killed his parents. Jin survived. When Neo came back out, no one was there. He was forced to live on his own. He learned to fight. He learned to manipulate ki. When he was 12, he met Link Akami and learned that he was of another race, an ancient one called the Oracle race. He, Link, and another named Vawn Makuamie were the only remaining members (and Jin, too.) When Neo was 15, he went with Link and Vawn to RhyDin, where he was reunited with Jin. He met Zero on this new planet. Zero told Neo how his parents died, and Neo did his first transformation from intense rage. He fought Zero and lost. Later on, when he was 20, he met Zero again, and killed him.
Personality:
Neo stays away from the crowd, usually lying in a rafter, but will not hesitate to help people in need. He is a serious person, and doesn't joke too much, although somethimes what comes out of his mouth is funny anyways. He likes to talk with his friends.
