What is ksnilok's "Dragoon" review doing as in-depth review in Satarel Legacy download section?

I made it more of an open topic than PM to warn people the review has nothing to do with my game. My game would never score as huge amount of points as 6/10.

It's the next space in the DB since Xorlak removed the dragoon but the review is still ties to its ID.
