Either you did not submit it, or the curse of the reviews (which I should probably have told Xorlak about, hehe) happened. Very rarely, such as the time when I tried to submit a review for Rudolph's Adventure (yes, I use the one used by normal people, it is simpler). I wrote and submitted it, and then went to make it public, but it did not transmit. I tried several times, but it just did not enter the review editing page. Something like that may have happened to you. I thought what happened to me was a freak occurence.
