Wait till you get to college, then you can be happy.

Oi. If people bug ya for no having the latest games, then they probably aren't gamers. My reason for saying that: Cuz who cares. Some of them suck while the greatest games have been out for 2-3 to 18 years already. Yah.

Im not planning on getting a DS cuz none of my fav titles are out unless than new Metroid is out. YEAH! METROID!!

Yeah, the titles out for the DS are horrible. Even the ones I'd consider getting (ie Madden and Ridge Racer) arn't even decent enough to warrant purchasing, especially when the same games will be coming out for PSP in a couple weeks. Nintendo needs to bring out some great 1st party games, and soon. Mario Kart, Metroid, and Zelda for the DS are all a long ways off (6+ months), while all the best games Sony gets seem to be coming out on or near launch (ie GTA, THPS, GT4, etc)

Spydie, some games for the PSP come out BEFORE the launch date.

Nintendo needs to stop milking their old licenses.  The newer title for them all suck.  Well ecept the Metroid titles for the GBA, i heard they rocked.

They need to take a risk!!!!

Do what i do, wait a few months until some dumb schmuck sells a DS to GameStop or smth, THEN get it.  That's how i got all my games.

Nintendogs? Are you serious?

Sometimes people's decisions confuse the shit out of me...

Anyways, AlienDude, yeah, I know about the games that are coming out before the release date, but as far as I'm concerned, they come out when the PSP does, because we certainly can't play them yet (unless you wasted your money on an imported PSP). Anyways, I think Nintendo should continue to milk their old liscences. There are only a few problems I have with the more recent versions of their games, but most people have had the same issues, and I think Nintendo realizes that, and working to correct them (ie the next Zelda game). Unfortunately I haven't been able to play Mario Sunshine, so I'm not sure how decent a job they did with that game. I haven't played Metroid for the GCN either, but i have the demo for the DS, and it's pretty decent so far, and I'll probably end up buying the game.

Edit: I only played a little of the first GoldenSun, but I liked what I played, and will probably be buying GS3 if it comes out for the DS, which I imagine is a good possibility. Do you have any articles supporting that idea?

I was really joking with the GS3 idea, since the storyline ended pretty much at the end of GS2. Another story is possible, but it would have to be quite unrelated to the original, or an inversion of it, it cannot be a continuation.

Yeah. Same thing happened in Doom. Doom 2 was the the end of the story, and Doom 3 is a remake of the first one. Beautifull really! Razz

Too bad the gameplay in Doom 3 regressed to WALK BACK, SHOOT MONSTER, REPEAT in between the WALK AROUND bits.

That is real game play. He is only focusing on one small part of it. Because that's the limit to what he can see in game, as it seems. Razz
