Alright ladies and gentlemen, here's a tough challenge for you all. For this contest, I want you guys to make a remake of any commercially produced RPG, whether old-school or next gen. For next-gen games, you are more than welcome to dumb down the graphics to 2D if you must. As for old-school, keep it as true to the original game as you can.
Battle systems must function exactly like in the original game, even if there is some lag. Music must be either MIDI, MP3, or WAV files of the same music in the same game.
You are more than welcome to add your own features, though. Say if you wanted to add a "flirt system" to Final Fantasy 7 where Cloud would ACTUALLY flirt with Aeris, Tifa, or (god forbid) Yuffie if the player wanted.
The deadline will be a 3 year-one. Make these games good, people.
