Hardest religion to worship was propably Aztec, as they have been known to sacrifice people by ripping hearts out of their chests every day, to ensure sun will continue to rise.

On one of celebration, it is said emperor Montezuma ordered sacrifice of 20000 prisoners. Altrough it's most likely false number, it's greatest amount of people sent to death in one day, not even Hitler could reach that much.

I counted deaths outside of combat. It's a normal thing during war tons of people are killed.

Yeah, but Hitler managed to kill 6 million Jews with just 1 or 2 thousand SS Totenkopf (Death's Head) guards, while using the Jews themselves to help them in burning the bodies and leading them to the gas chambers etc..
