I'm no longer offering version 2 for registration purposes.  I will fill the remainder of the Version 2 Powerhouse Orders, but beyond that, version 2 is being retired.  Version 2 will not be open sourced, so don't ask about it.  It would be unfair to the many people who have supported me by registering to open source version 2 as well (since they have also paid to see the source code).

Read the news on the RPG toolkit site, stupid

Hmm, years of battle-net observation made me understand this all Smile It's a very proper english, and I don't get what you have against this guy...

Translated: Does anyone know you you cant get the power house version anymore because I was going to order it!!!

You can't get powerhouse edition? Why?

Christober B. Matthews decided to retire version 2, so you cannot register. He decided not to make the powerhouse version available free because it would be unfair for the people who paid to have it.

Pure BS...CBM means to tell us that we can't sell games unless we make them using the latest TK3...asshole.

I do not think it is very nice calling CBM an asshole, especially as without him none of us will have this hobby. He has the right to do anything he wants with his stuff.

Anyway, if you were to sell a game people would probably only buy it if it was about as good as DA2 and, due to the time that took, by that time TK3 might even be stable.

Ow yes, an asshole, you're absolute right at this point, Mark... I just don't get what BS means. Battle system?

Haraldur... you say things like parents have right to kill their children, or perhaps Bill Gates can enforce us only to buy HIS software, because, after all, HE made system on which it runs? It's idiotic, everyone is responsible for his creation...

Latest TK sucks, so-called "improvements" just cause bugs and screw everything up... I hate the smart-step, for example (good thing it can be set off), which came with tk 2.2...

I meant that the TK was origionally created for people to create games as a hobby, not for money. The powerhouse version was for people who wanted extra features and the option of selling their games. Besides, CBM put years into that software.

Features? What features? Non-open-source games (hiding the progeam files) and ability to insert mp3 as background music... It's not too much, I must say.

Yes, he puts years into his software, then just says "okay, enough, from now on you can't get powerhouse edition". It's not all right, I must say.

DarkElite... What what you say, I get you CAN sell games.

Hmmm, I'm a renaissance man, I work for fun and fame, not for money  Laughing
