"Aritan was destroyed on one of my visits. I was going through one of their teleportation tunnels, when the whole country and its people collapsed and exploded around me."

Zeros' continued to follow Haraldur, while Kami-ryu seemed o be deep in thought or meditating.

Zeros' nodded to Haraldur.

"I see...most of my adventures were...less involved. I mostly further honded my martial arts, becoming stronger every day." Zeros' looked around at his companions. "Let's pick up the pace." Zeros' flapped his six dark angel wings harder, reaching up to 70 m/ph. He could go faster, but he wanted not to get ahead of himself.

It wasn't too horribly hard for Zion to catch up, but it was harder for Tsu. Xenai was on Zion's mind, and he needed to find a way to wake him up somehow...

Zeros' put more speed into his wings, infusing them with ki and bursting through the sound barrier and catching up with Haraldur.

"Don't you think we should slow down a bit?" Zeros' pointed backwards towards the ground, who was slowly vanishing. Kami-ryu didn't look fazed in the slightest.

"No...not really, or Haraldur would stop." He glanced at Haraldur for a moment before picking up speed again, reaching faster and faster, slowly going towards Mach 2.

Zeros' sent Haraldur a telepathic message, knowing he would be able to pick it up with his ki and magic, one more so then the other. He knew Haraldur had a good amount of ki, but he also had as much magic as he had ki.

Haraldur. I think we should slow down. I don't think the other would be able to keep up for long. Zeros' glanced backwards at the rest of the group, who were slowly falling behind.

Mach 2 = 680.58 m/s = 1522 MPH

Lars replied as the group disappeared on the horizon,

"They're after the Six Weapons of Retan... They think they're doing the world a favor... Idiots."

He turned around and began to walk down the path through the forest, expecting his new recruits to follow.  He spoke as he walked,

"One thing's certain.  It's not going to be pretty if they succeed...  Our best bet would be to find one of these weapons and hold on to it.  Five are useless without the sixth.  I have an idea where we can get some more information..."

The forest began to open as they strode down the path, taking a left fork in the road.  In a few minutes the trio would be upon Armic, Kismet, and co.'s location...
