Draven folded his arms and looked away.

"Gladly.  Fish him out and I'll kill him.  I'm not getting wet..."

The cool sea breeze blew his tattered cape.

----

The red dragon snorted and flames lit up the cave for an instant.

"I see you are a magician of some sort... I do not like your kind... But, I will answer you questions to the best of my knowledge... If you perform a favor for me in return.  You see, some fiendish mage recently buried my cave here at the bottom of the sea while I was in deep slumber.  I will admit I am the most incapable swimmer...  If you would know another way out..."

"I have one first question, and then I will have nine others. But before I ask, when did you become trapped? If it is a month ago, then you are evidently the dragon that lived in Romme.

"My first question is, I am led to believe there is or was a dragon named Alpha Retan. If he is still alive, I would wish to know of his whereabouts. I hope he is not dead, I would prefer not to go to the underworld, it takes time. After you answer me this first question, I will get you out of here, I am capable of drying part of the sea easily enough."

He turned towards Zeros' and Duilin, and said to the dragon, "Those two are half demons, and are friends of mine. It will go very hard for you if you even threaten violence against them, and yes, I do know about the animosity that still remains, a little, between dragons and demons, but I do not care."

The Great Prophet came up to the harbour, and saw a crew lounging around a fishing ship. He lifted his staff up, and there was a huge cracking sound, like that of a whip. The crew were startled, and a little frightened by the spell casting.

He walked aboard the ship, and told the crew, "You will be my crew, and will take me where I wish."

He waited for Ryu and Rink to come aboard.

Rink glided onto the ship. "Yeah, and I'm an Imp, we imps have special powers. Such as turning people who don't listen to old guys into small rocks."

Rink was of course lyeing, but common people, wouldn't really know much about Imps.

Ryu walked calmly on the boat, not aleast bit disturbedf by Rink or the Prophet. He started at Rink through half-lidded eyes. He whispered so only Rink could hear.

"You do know thats wrong right? Its more of the demon nature to burn humans into ash..." He chuckled under his breath.

----

Zeros' walked fowards calmly as he sent Duilin a message through his mind: Act like we trust him. Right know its best we act friendly with Haraldur. When the time comes, we can strike. Zeros' also sent Draven a message about his plan: We've met up with Haraldur. He's conforonting the dragon right know. Were acting friendly at the moment, but when the time comes, we will strike. Tell the same to Zion and his group.

"Ah. Hello Haraldur and you, dragon." He said inclining his head in the dragon's direction. Zeros' folded his eight black wings behind him and crossed his arms. "I believe I might have met you...briefly..." He said towards the dragon.

Draven smirked and began to relay the message to Zion, who wouldn't have heard a thing.

"It seems fly-boy's playing along with Mr. Personalities' ruse for the moment.  We'll let Ragnar think we're gullible idiots and trust him... for the moment.  Then we strike.  Rest up, boys.  Things are going to heat up real quick..."

----

The dragon chucked at Haraldur's last comment.

"It is not demons that I dislike so much nowadays... It is humans..."

He then turned his head towards Zeros'.

"Hmm... You are not familiar.  I do not recall an eight winged man."

Then back to Haraldur.

"One month perhaps... yes.  I do not know what Romme is.  I do not bother remembering names of human civilizations, as they appear and disappear so quickly..."

He stretched groggily, then snorted another plume of flame.

"Alpha Retan... that name, however, I will never forget...  He was an insane Draken that conquered the world.  I was once one of his knights.  If you are looking for him, you are quite late I'm afraid.  He disappeared while executing an attack that eradicated most of the life on the planet.  This was over three millennia ago, mind you..."

"Fish him out? Hydrophobic..." Zion looked into the water, floating back to the rest of the team. Then getting the next message. "Oh, now we're gonna play gullible, huh? Psh."

Xenai didn't get any of the messages. "What's going on?"

"Draven's afraid of water, and now all of a sudden, we have to pretend to trust Ragnar... Haraldur... Whoever."

"No action yet, then?"

"Nope."

"Well, they don't know that." Ryu wispered back

-----

Duilin, wondered if Haraldur, was trying to trick them. He was basically netrual about the entire idea, but he thought, better safe then sorry. He didn't wish to ask The Dragon any thing. He thought of asking if the dragon knew anything about his father, but he thought it was best left be. He never saw his father much, allways seemed to be out of the house doing jobs outside of town. He useally came home when he was asleep, and when the Dark Empire raided his village, his father seemed to have disappeared.

Duilin just crossed his arms, folded his wings down, and said nothing.

"That is why I said briefly...however it seems my suspictions were wrong. However, it has come to my attention that Draken's are a form of dragon, correct? I believe it was when dragon seduced human females that the race of Draken's came into existance, am I right?" said Zeros' towards the dragon. "And is it also true that dragon's are capabe of obtaining a human form?

I have also heard rumors that Draken's were actually dragon's that stopped inbetween the two forms, combining them. I am merly curious."

Haraldur said, "After I let you escape this cave, I would have you lead me to the place where he executed the attack. One must always visit part relatives, even if it is only through earthly form."

He chuckles at something to himself, then revealed what he found funny: "There is an irony here, though, considering you were one of Alpha Retan's knights. Two in fact. On month ago, the island of Romme, where this cave used to be, were invaded by the forces of the Dark Empire, lead by a fire mage called Draven, who, I guess, is probably above us refusing to enter the water. He was after the last of six weapons, a sword held by the knight Iduran of Romme. Those six weapons are 6 of my 10 parts, all of whom are here. Two of my parts then left Vikingagarð, unknowing of their identity, to see what was happening on the island nation. These two met Iduran and we helped, a little, Zeros' and Duilin here to prevent the weapon falling into Draven's hands, for which I am truly grateful. Annoyed by Draven's lack of visible progress, his commander in chief, the Dark Emporer, arrived at Romme himself, and his name was Retan, a descendent of your former master. He cames also with his son, Jayce, and another of his generals, who was also a relative, Neptra. To cut a long story short, Retan eventually decided to destroy the country using an MDAA, which I helped, in part, well two parts, elder Haraldur and Ragnar, to accelerate, on unknowing and the other one knowing the outcome. The outcome was that the MDAA detonated early, destroying Retan, Jayce and Neptra, or so we think. It also destroyed Romme, and trapped you here.

"So, you were trapped by Alpha Retan's descendent, Retan. However, the two Haraldur's and Ragnar were also descendents in earthly terms, all being related to Vikingagarð's royal house, the elder Haraldur being the crown prince. Further, the tenth part of me is dragon shaped, formed from some of Alpha Retan's blood. As you know, the six weapons were creations of my father Melkoth, of whom all my parts are a son to. I am sure you understand the irony.

"I wonder, with what I have told you, are you sufficiently versed in lore to have guessed who I am yet?"

The red dragon addressed Zeros' first.

"Yes, the Drakens are a race of Dragon.  Where exactly they came from, I am not sure.  From what I heard, Alpha Retan came to this land from another plane of existence along with a handful of his kind...  But he seemed different in that other Drakens have a much shorter life span than he.

"All other dragons are incapable of shifting forms unless they learn some other means...  As for your final question, I have never heard of a Draken that has partially transformed."

He then turned to Haraldur, yawning sleepily...

"Hmmm, your speak of 'parts' confuses me.  Hmph, yes, I am unsurprised that it is a descendant of Retan that put me in this predicament.

"Six weapons... Melkoth...  I believe he was an enemy of Retan...  Or perhaps I am thinking of someone else.  It has been a long time...  I recall an event in which six weapons were used to merge with and contain Retan's most powerful tool-- a dark entity he created which had no mind except to serve him..."

"Let us leave," said Haraldur. He walked along the tunnel, expecting Zeros', Duilin and the dragon to follow. He came to a watery bit, and muttered a few words.

Much like at the first time all the group had gone to a shrine, there was a mass of steam as the water seemed to burn away.

Haraldur stepped out onto the seabed, look up at Draven, smiled, and bowed to Draven in a mocking fashion.

Zion looked to Draven, then into the water, thinking that he saw Haraldur bowing. "Uwaa?"

Duilin, turned and began to follow Haraldur. He turned his head and took a look at the dragon. He then turned his head to Zeros' "Let's go." Duilin said.

He rasied his arms, and created the air sheild. He then lowered his arms and dived down into the water and arived back up at the surface. He saw Zion, with Ellena, and gave a slight grin.

He telepathed to Zeros' The Light is here, we may not have to kill Haraldur after all, we just need to bring the girl.

He then telepathed to Draven We're going to the ruins of were Alpha Retan was. Haraldur wants go there for some reason. We'll attack him there, maybe.

He didn't wish to share the part about not attacking Haraldur, and just haveing The Light with them, when he completes his revenge, with Draven. He could just sence that Draven would disapprove with the fact, and maybe make things worse, somehow. He could still not trust Draven.

Zeros' crossed his arms and spread his wings.

"Good-bye, Lord Dragon." He bowed and used his ki to form a shield around him and left out the cave. He blasted upwards and came to the surface, shaking his head and looking at Draven, then towards the Trio with Ellenna.

He sent them all a message: Zion, Xenia, Tsu; come with us and bring Ellenna. Draven, I would advise you stay far enough away that Haraldur cannot sense you. We will be able to attack Haraldur soon. We just have to bid our time...

----

Ryu glanced around and sighed.

"GET THIS DAMN SHIP MOVING!" he bellowed. The crew jerked in surprised before they went about for a few minutes, preping everything before the captain cave a shout and the ship moved out of the harbor, towards the direction of the group.
