Draven brought his right glove to his chin and studied the mysterious man.
"Hmmm, interesting. What is your name? And the name of the one who made you?"
He could tell the man wasn't human at all by his aura, but he didn't seem dragon either. Clearly artificial, and quite impressive work at that... He had never seen anything like it.
----
The wyvern rider nodded at the name and pulled out a small orb and gazed into it, seemingly nodding at an unheard message. He put the object away and smiled underneath his metal face mask.
"Generalísimo, welcome to the Crimson Empire."
He bowed slightly, holding up the reigns of the beast.
"If you would follow me, I will show you to your destination."
He turned the wyvern around and flew in the opposite direction, above the clouds. The remaining wyvern riders remained in their positions, waiting for the guests to follow before following themselves.

(Yes, Aura should salute all generals.)
Vincent sighed inwardly.
"Yes, awhile indeed... Just get your men out of my fortress as quickly as possible. I'm very busy here."
He turned and left, his entourage of troops following him back into the upper levels of the fortress. He couldn't stand the fact that this... general from the north... was given charge of the situation when he was so close to the area...
A colonel appeared from the other direction, stopping and saluting Valos. He was wearing a black cape and was adorned with military medals.
"General Valos, sir! I have prepared the troops and await your orders. We currently have our forces split into two primary base camps. My cartographers prepared this map for you last night."
He handed Valos a small sheet of paper:
"A complication has arisen, though. Scouts reported early this morning that the land just between the front line and Laus has been severely damaged somehow. Much of the ground has become upheaved and dangerous sometime between this morning and when Laus was captured. We have marked this area with the X's on the map, but we're not sure actually how far back to Laus it goes... If you would follow me to base camp 2, I will present you our forces."
(Dude Man, from here on in you can take control of the situation for the front line. Take care of Aura's assignment too. I have way too many things going on. Heh...)

With the necromancer still riding on its head, the zombie beast took a step forward.
"Hehehehe... die! Die! DIE!!"
It reared its huge club up into the air and slammed it into the ground, the resulting tremor knocking Ven off of his feet. Ven rolled backwards and regained balance in a crouched position.
Gotta think fast... Open field, lots of grass... undead monster... likely flora elemental... has to be weak against fire...
A short bust of crimson flame engulfed Ven's blade and he slashed it at the oncoming beast. The flame carried on to hit the beast's shin, but it was too weak to have much effect...
