Hyperion landed softly on the tower as his wings disappeared, turning himself into full human form. He looked around expecting to see Draven, but he only found The Prophet.

"Hey old man! In what direction has master Draven gone?"

The Prophet glared. The insolence of this man! It would be better then to lie low for a while then, to some of the smaller towns to find a following of his own.

" 'Hey old man! In what direction has master Draven gone?' ? One so young as you should show more respect towards your elders and betters, else you will end up like the individual you speak of. Where did he go? Why, he turned into a troop of pixies before disappearing in a burst of fairy dust. Where do you think he would go from this high tower with one staircase, without flying, as you would have seen him if he had? Kids of today... This is proof that the education system is a joke. Good day."

He flew west, into the countryside. He must find somewhere remote.

__________________________________________________________________

Haraldur and Tesla watched him go. Tesla said, "We will also find out where his loyalties lie."

"Indeed, and I am quitely confident that those same loyalties lie with us."

__________________________________________________________________

Salazar and his troop were now reaching the mainland of the Dark Continent, but it woiuld still take some time before they reached the Crimson Capital. Around him, his agents held various strange object. One was holding a piece of canvas on wood, and was mapping the countryside at a very fast rate. Others were noting down information about fortifications.

The capital came into view in the distance, and these objects were surreptitiously put away.

"If you say so Zeros'." Duilin replied. He slowed down abit, but not as slow as he was going before. "I'm just getting impatient, sorry..." Duilin continued flying.

"I had another nightmare, it was alot different then the others." Duilin said softly, "My father, he was in it...I'm not sure if it had a meaning, but..." He hesitated to continue, not like he was trying to remember the rest, but like he was trying to forget it.

--------

Marshal, came to a cliff. He knealed down, and looked into the distance. 'They should be coming soon...' He thought

--------

"Hey Valos." Rink said to the General.

"What do you want, Imp?" He snapped back, as he sat back down.

"Remember what Zeros' said about killing innocents. Not all the people there are soilders for the Aspyes." He said sternly

"Hahaha...I'm sure, I'm sure." Valos smirked, turned away and cracked his knuckles. "You just worry about your mission and I'll worry about mine."

Rink gave Valos a dirty looked and then turned away and crossed his arms.

"Halt! Who goes there!?"

Two armed guards emerged from the stairwell and found Hyperion standing there alone. They drew their blades.

"Who are you?!"

"That is enough."

The two guards immediately stepped aside and bowed their heads. Draven reemerged from the stairwell, staying in the shadow of the structure. He folded his arms.

"Hmmm, you're that dragon, aren't you? What is it that you seek? I'm not in the best of moods now, you see..."

----

Six wyvern riders suddenly swooped upon Salazar and his entourage from above, surrounding the group. The leader was a man in bright gold armor, carrying a long spear in his left hand.

"Identify yourself."

----

The Falcon V landed in the subterranean dock and opened its door. Several soldiers were waiting as the passengers exited, saluting them as they passed. There was one man who did not salute.

"General Valos."

It was General Vincent. He did not wear any armor, but rather something resembling more of a black trench coat with a few military adornments on his chest. His long black hair was tied in a ponytail behind his back and his calm, almost brooding eyes shone behind his small square rimmed glasses. His hands behind his back, his voice was soft and unemotional.

"Welcome to Redvik. What a surprise to have you come all the way down here to quell such a small upstart. Anyway, you will find the front line set up just beyond the forest south of this fortress. 8,000 men, as The Emperor requested. Do be sure to keep those rebels away from here..."

----

"Huh? What are you talking about?"

Ven brought his blade back, about to send another blast of magic.

"Hehehehehe!!!"

The small gray robed man clutched his staff with both hands and brought it above his head. The ground began to shake. A hill formed underneath the necromancer, sending him upward as it formed-- but it wasn't a hill...

...it was... a GIANT head...

... a giant ZOMBIE head...

More of the beast emerged from the ground, revealing a bipedal monster, complete with a large club in it's right hand, some 30 feet tall. Its rotting body was composed of exposed flesh and what looked like moss. With the necromancer still on it's head, it billowed a monstrous roar.

Ven took a step back.

"Great..."

Jonny and Bongo had just fiished their breakfast when saw a doorway he had not seen before. "Hmm...Bongo do you remember that doorway being there before?" Bongo looks at him,"ohh yeah, you're a monkey."Jonny puts him on his shoulder and walks to the door and sees a sign on is saying "Athorized Personell Only"
"Im a high ranking dude, I guess I'm athorized." So he opens the door and sees nothing but a small pit. He looks inside and sees it leads to the mainland.
"Score! Im gonna go ask abou-" He in interupted by the door closeing and it locks.
"Shit! Ohh, parachutes!" Jonny notices tree parachutes on a rack so he puts one on and grabs onto Bongo before jumping out the pit.
Bongo starts squealing and taping at Jonny. "What is it!" Jonny asks Bongo. "Ohh, it's that three story moss-giant thing!" Jonny starts reaching for his gun and lands about 100 yards away. "I better try and take that thing down." He then spots Zion and Tsu flying off. "I looks like they are heading that way to. I might need those witches help!" He then takes out his caliberate shotgun, loads it up and dashes off to the action.

Hyperion got down on one knee and looked at Draven.

"As the last command of my creator and former master, I was told to fight for you and the Crimson Empire. I have no idea as to why this command was made, but because of it my power now belongs to the Crimson Empire. Use it as you see fit."

Tsu pointed at the Zombie head. "Isn't that slightly unnatural?" It was quite far off. Zion squinted. "Yup..." The two start flying toward it.

--- --- ---

Xenai exited the ship with Rink, taking a look around. An eyebrow was raised at the trenchcoat man. //Should Aura salute Vincent?// Aura had exited as well, and was awaiting the order to move out. Maybe then she'd find out who her men were. There didn't seem to be any of her men around her. She glanced once more at the piece of paper. Her specific duty was to... //Xorlak can of course fill that in. Razz

Zeros' nodded at Duilin.

"Yes... Sometimes, dreams have prophetic meaning. It might be a glimpse into the past ? maybe a memory that was locked ? or it could be a sight into what might come (The furture). Prophet's and men and woman of visions sometimes have dreams about people they are to met, or protect," he said.

"Sometimes, even the ones closely connected with gods and demons are hard to understand the ones in higher positions. The vision of your father could of also came because you share a link with him. They say blood is thicker then water," he said, once again.

Apon the horizon, a glimpse of Laus could be seen through the misty skys and horizon.

//Zeros', does your character of the same name see the great sign in the sky above the city, which Haraldur put up, saying: "Zeros', why must magic and technology be seperate?" It is meant to be quite large.//

Salazar look upon the leading wyvyrn rider with unconcealed disdain, and said, "You should call me Generalísimo, at the very least. I am Caudillo de Alterña por la gracia de Dios Generalísimo Benito Franco Salazar, the leader of Alterña by the grace of God." He flashed his signet ring at them, "Emporer Lars Draven is expecting me."

The Prophet was entering a heavily wooded area now, with many small village he could exploit. Brilliant.

Below him he could see a person of obvious magical knowledge scribbling what looked like an octogram in the sand.

The Prophet hovered above him and shouted, "Hail, my friend! What brings you outside this day?" Wizards are not usually the outdoor type afterall, he thought.

//That means you, D. Ein.//

_________________________________________________________________

Haraldur looked towards Tesla, and said, "Have you released our first settlement?"

"Oh, I forgot..."

"Do it, then..."

Tesla removed the box from his pocket, an it dissolved in the air, dropping the settlement lightly in the own square, no longer in suspended animation. The people were looking a bit confused, but were reassured by the presence of their two leaders.

The various guns and other defences were moved by Haraldur's telekinesis onto the top of the walls alongside those already there.

They looked down on the remade city of Laus. All around, there were red flags and red and black flags (like this, but without the lettering: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/d...T_FAI_flag.png) all with the symbol of ten men surrounding another, the red and black ones having two, in the red and the black corners (where the lettering is on the picture). All around the city, wheels turned and forges burned as the populace was busy building a large structure in the centre with a lot of pipes, hollow metal cylinders and tanks which were surrounded by the aura of there being a high magical presence. Some enthusiastic members of the public had painted part of the machine in reds and reds and blacks, with the 11 man symbol drawn on, with varying levels of quality.

//He can see the sign, somewhat, but, he can't make out the lettering as of yet. I'd estimate there still a good couple miles away from Laus. If it wasn't for all the magic Gaian had absorbed, the mist ? which is now saturated in magic ? Zeros' could clearly see it, because of his demonic and god heiratiage. Zeros' COULD see through it, but, he want's to save his energy for Haraldur and Tesla.\\

"Perhaps you are right, Zeros'." Duilin replied. "Well, enough of that..." He then looks foward. "There's Laus." He lived there for a little wile so he could remember it. But it looks almost totally different, from here, Haraldur must have changed the placed.

------

"Ahah. I see them." Marshal said to himself. Zeros' and Duilin were only a small spot in the sky, but he could tell that the two creatures heading there way towards Laus had wings. "It looks like Duilin, is also with him..."

Marshal prepared for them to get a little closer.

------

"Ah, General Vincent. It's been awile." Valos replied. "Excellent. We are going to send these two 'people' to spy on them before we attack." He gestures towards Xenia and Rink "Lord Draven, will give us the order on when to attack. These spies, are quite powerfull, so I wouldn't worry about them getting caught, they would be able to put up a fight." He then turned to Xenia and Rink. "Well, you two should get to your mission, I will ready my soilders to the fortress."

"Allright..." Rink replied. "So, I guess I better find a clever way to get into Laus. I'm assuming they won't allow an Imp to just walk right in. But hey, I'm sneaky!" He then spread out his wings, and then began to fly off. "Xenia, we'll split up as soon as he get close to the town."

Draven brought his right glove to his chin and studied the mysterious man.

"Hmmm, interesting. What is your name? And the name of the one who made you?"

He could tell the man wasn't human at all by his aura, but he didn't seem dragon either. Clearly artificial, and quite impressive work at that... He had never seen anything like it.

----

The wyvern rider nodded at the name and pulled out a small orb and gazed into it, seemingly nodding at an unheard message. He put the object away and smiled underneath his metal face mask.

"Generalísimo, welcome to the Crimson Empire."

He bowed slightly, holding up the reigns of the beast.

"If you would follow me, I will show you to your destination."

He turned the wyvern around and flew in the opposite direction, above the clouds. The remaining wyvern riders remained in their positions, waiting for the guests to follow before following themselves.

----

(Yes, Aura should salute all generals.)

Vincent sighed inwardly.

"Yes, awhile indeed... Just get your men out of my fortress as quickly as possible. I'm very busy here."

He turned and left, his entourage of troops following him back into the upper levels of the fortress. He couldn't stand the fact that this... general from the north... was given charge of the situation when he was so close to the area...

A colonel appeared from the other direction, stopping and saluting Valos. He was wearing a black cape and was adorned with military medals.

"General Valos, sir! I have prepared the troops and await your orders. We currently have our forces split into two primary base camps. My cartographers prepared this map for you last night."

He handed Valos a small sheet of paper:

"A complication has arisen, though. Scouts reported early this morning that the land just between the front line and Laus has been severely damaged somehow. Much of the ground has become upheaved and dangerous sometime between this morning and when Laus was captured. We have marked this area with the X's on the map, but we're not sure actually how far back to Laus it goes... If you would follow me to base camp 2, I will present you our forces."

(Dude Man, from here on in you can take control of the situation for the front line. Take care of Aura's assignment too. I have way too many things going on. Heh...)

----

With the necromancer still riding on its head, the zombie beast took a step forward.

"Hehehehe... die! Die! DIE!!"

It reared its huge club up into the air and slammed it into the ground, the resulting tremor knocking Ven off of his feet. Ven rolled backwards and regained balance in a crouched position.

Gotta think fast... Open field, lots of grass... undead monster... likely flora elemental... has to be weak against fire...

A short bust of crimson flame engulfed Ven's blade and he slashed it at the oncoming beast. The flame carried on to hit the beast's shin, but it was too weak to have much effect...

"Interesting..." Valos said as he exaimed the map, "So, you say the ground is damaged? Hmmm, perhaps Haraldur may have something to do with this. I suspect something will happen, I'm not sure what, but our last attempt of wipeing him out, we took alot of damage before we even got into his city. I know he is able to the control the movement's of earth...Anyways, I'll explain more of this later. Lead the way colonel." He then turned to the others. "Let's move, soilders!" He then pointed to Rink and Xenai, "You two, should come with us accually, before you just go skipping in there."

Valos, had brought some of his shock troops with him, since they found out the Aspyes have bullet wepons, he thought brining high-tec weapons would be needed.
The colonel lead began to lead the others to base camp 2. He then looked at Aura, "I will explain your mission once we get there." He told her.

"Indeed... There is Laus. Interesting to see how Haraldur has changed and sculpted the area to his will," he said, commenting on the buildings and such. While they weren't new to him, he was, of course, a dimensional traveler, so...

He felt a farmiliar aura... It seems Marshal was already here, but, there was something lingering on the very edge of his aura. Zeros' wasn't one to trust people impliciably over working together for only a few short hours, so he was slightly wary, seeing how Marshal's arsenal was changed.

But, he proceeded nontheless.
