Heh. I thought it was a pretty fair trial. The evidence was right in front of everyone, and everyone watched as you commited "the crime". Vampz was the judge, the moderators and much of the rest of the community was the jury. The only thing missing was you didn't have a lawyer. If you have any idea who would represent you, then maybe you can get off on a mistrial, and have Vampz schedule a re-trial...though somehow I doubt it.

Personaly I would have rather talked to Vampz personaly about this, He banned me before I could get a AIM address or post somthing to the extent. The jury hates me so it wouldn't be a fair trial in that way, and well as do the mods. Vampz was of cours the judge. The crime, only Asimir and Z were the witnesses to it, Z didn't think it was me, and asimir did, I personaly think it was Asimir, but when Rhodes told me in a IM. And I had zzzurdeadzzz's IP blocked from my AIM system, as I just talked to him about 5 mins earlier and blocked him because he was being a idiot. But what TKZ needs is a warning level meter like here. To put it simply, If I had the brains to do a impersonation, I would also have the brains not to pull it off. And I can be impersonated, just like some one did and KSN posted about.


Edit- I have somthing that is similer to AIM and YM, it's called stridon, it comes in a CD and it has a BAN IP feature Smile.
also, I would have represented myslef, or Dan might have Smile.

The only way to be impersonated on these forums is to find out the password of the person your impersonating, and unless you picked something like "password" as your password, this likely wouldn't happen. I'm surprised no one's figured out my password honestly...it's pretty simple (no I will not be giving hints...I use this password for litterally almost everything for the last 7 years). As far as contacting Vampz, he said you'd been emailing him. I'd say that was talking to him personally. As for the mods at TKZ hating you, I can assure you I do not hate you (or you would be banned here and the chat room as well). I'm pretty sure most of the mods at TKZ don't hate you either. One admin even said he didn't completely agree with Vampz (no, I won't name names). It comes down to the fact that it "is" Vampz site, and he does have complete control over it, and basically it was his decision on whether or not to ban you. As for Asimir, I trust him quite a bit as far as whether or not to tell the truth. He doesn't seem like one to play jokes like that. As I said earlier, banning is serious, and should be taken seriously, from both those being accused, and those that are doing the accusing.

It takes no brains to impersonate. It is an act of stupidity, and treated as such.

Xoralk's last deleted post was on April 9th, and as he's the only moderator for his forum, he's the only one that can delete posts there (other than the rest of the admin). There were no posts even started by Word2 that I could see between 4/25 and today, and I "can" look at deleted posts. Your warning level has been increased. I suggest you do not repeat your mistake.

Word2: the reason the jury hated you was because of spam, which can be considered a reason for banning anyway. If the jury was indeed biased, then you brought it upon yourself.

PERFECT! Thatnks spyder, now If Vampz implyed that.... Oh, and last I rember there was no rule in Vampz TK zone, saying that you can't impersonate ppl. No I am not saying I did it, Im saying, just like KSN impersonated the post, some one could have impersonated Vampz, and not be me. Not to mention, had you been able to look at IP addresses from the chat then the banning mishap wouldn't have happened. also If Vampz was there to see it, I could understand it better.
