So when she put "love ya" at the end of the e-mail. Did you say it back?

I decided to wait to see if she says it again. It might have been a mistranslation. I just replied as I normally would. If she says it again, I'll make it known that I noticed. Heh.

Or she could have just said it in a friendly way.
Waiting to see if she says it again might not be such a good idea. If she said it once and you didn't acknowledge it, she might think it's because you don't love her. Then she might not want to say it again, even if she does love you.
But who knows anyway? Women are complicated Razz

Do you love her though? It doesn't sound like it to me if you're thinking about other girls.

Laughing

I still don't think I know her enough to say whether or not I love her. I'll wait till I get to know her a little better before I decide whether or not I do, heh.

That's going to be in either of these two situations:
  • I am able to compete in South Korea in Martial Arts
  • When she comes to America in 3 years to study medicine

Well, I did think about it, and I think I really do have feelings for Esther, lol. As for Chen Yue, she just started teaching me chinese, and that's cool. Chen and I will just be friends, but Esther...well...let's hope things go well, eh?

LOL, I've always been a ladies' man. However, I think I can cast that aside as soon as Esther and I meet each other face to face; once I officially have her, I'm going to try to keep her (hey, it's 1:08 AM! Wow, I've consumed way too much caffeine within the past 24 hours! Maybe I should work on racegen)

I know 4 koreans words from battle-net (St Koreans keep using 'em mixed with english)

Gosu = Impressive
Jungtsu = Regular
Hasu = Bad (someone that sucks)
Hobo = Bad / sucking (it somehow differs from hasu)

"I r teh gosu" is a litany of every st korean gamer on the net.

I also know koreans have 2 types of greetings, the "respect one" and the "non-respect one" and the "respect one" must be used to everyone older than you, so in schools, koreans are rebelling when they younger kids don't call the with "respect greeting"...

With me, when it comes to girls, it is a case of Višrar vel til Loftįrįsa (Good Weather For Airstrikes) every day. I bet you cannot guess where I got that from.

Oh, and I agree with Asimir that she probably just said it in a friendly way. When someone is saying they are actually "in love" with you, they don't just write "love ya" at the end of their letter.

Here's an example of a girl who may have been in love, and, I might add, was definately insane.

Quote from: "girl"
I have been thinking of you very long and hard. I sit up at night on my bed and crave to call and talk to you. I know your 16 and I'm turning 19 this Jan3, but I think we have something very unique about our relationship; how we can continue being great friends for eternity, it's not the same for some people, some turn against each other after they break up, but we've been able to care for each other after our break up. I love you, because you're so quiet; like I am; a good listener, a very, very sweet person, and you know how to chill out and have a great time. I also know deep in my heart I can turn to you....(skip some stuff)... My main reason for writing you this letter is, because I want to spend the rest of my life with you.

That was roughly one paragraph at the beggining of a five page letter. I highly doubt this girl is saying that she's in love with you.
