It's an anime tutorial site. I've been using it for a while.

You were born in the land of Warrior Pride. You live to fight, you have a strong spirit, courage and bravery. Strong lord! Unsheath thy sword, rush into war and strip the enemy of his flesh down to the core.
Umm...yeah

Go to the site and figure out for yourself why it's called that.

Be glad you only spent that much.
I knew a guy that spent like $150 bucks on one,
Then he lost it and found it again like four years later, all torn up. -_-

Yep!!
Polykarbon was the first anime tutorial site I ever went to.
My only problem is they lack a lot of variety. They usually have a couple tutorials over each type of sketch, although it does give you a nice perspective view of how you could draw.

I don't use polykarbon that much, really. Normally it's just for guides on doing special effects in photoshop (energy blasts and such)

well, the URL might be obvious, and it's advertising a how to draw kit that I think might be useful if I bought stuff off the internet. The book alone is $20.00, but it's got like I don't know how many pages, and it has a bunch of different kits you can choose from that are nice that includes the drawing book. The link is here. If you want to buy it, it'd be nice.
