What exactly do you need programmed?

If you want a tactical BS, I'll try to assemble it for you...and my fee is rather low:

$5 per *.prg file required (iow, for every ~2000 lines of code, that's $5)

Depends on the options he wants...does he want limit breaks and a time system? Does he want a 3d tactical battle system, or just a 2d one?

Payment?
Does $200,000,000 per file sound good? Laughing
Yeah, in my WILDEST dreams....
Anyway, the payment would (REALLY) be about $___________________.

Okay let me give you the full break down and we will see if you guys are interested. The system is not simple. Its isometric during battles and maps. The battle system is a little complicated. im the graphics man so all i need programmers since my code is weak.

The battle system deepy resembles Star Ocean 2 for PS. The player has control of one player while the others have a AI that you can set, resembles FFT's AI choise for Chara. Ex. "Run like Chicken", "Protect Ally" etc.. you get the point. Like FFT there is a class system, but unlike FFT players are not stationary on panels they move freely on the isometric board. The "basics", walk, attack, defend, and jump cen be done by pressing a key on the keyboard. As for using the characters skills, you have to go to the main battle menu, which can be anything a key or maybe right click. When that happens the screen turns grey and a sword cursor floats over the character that is directly controlled by the player, that chara will be in color. (Any chara with the curosr over it is colored while the non selected chara are in black and white.) Once you decide that character you want to select it goes to that characters individual battle menu.

The chara's battle menu has their stats, skill list, equipment, and magic list. Rather simple. Once you are in the battle menu you can choose to use the charas magic or skills. Skills require Sp. Sp is gained by normal attacking (alot like Legend of Dragoon for PS). It's all rather complicated so far I hope your with me.

I can give further details if you just email me questions.

Continuing with the battle system. When the player selects the skill or magic then alot like FFT the range is affected by panels. For Ex. a skill might have a range of 1H (Horizantal),2V (Vertical) 1Hi (height) and 0Dp (Depth).  I can eleborate on that later.

As for skills. There are three types of skill this deeply resembles FFT.

1. Attack Skills: Causes Physical Damage to Target(s)
2. Support Skills: Skills that support the Chara. Ex. "Ignore Gravity" Add's Float
3. Reaction Skill: SKills that are triggered and cause a reaction Ex. "Hp Restore" Trigger: Hp Cristical. When Hp is critical Hp is restored 100%. this works on a percentage each time the skill is triggered the success rate drops like 5-10%.

A single Chara is allocated  1 Support Skill and 1 Reaction Skill this can change if chara obtains certain accessories. Also a chara has a primary class and secondary class like FFT.

Alot I know, if you have further questions email me at matthewleodemers@hotmail.com
