I'm just curious about this site.  It seems like it doesn't see much activity.  The site itself is kinda bland.  From what I hear, though, this site used to play a big part in the RPG Toolkit Community.  I'm just curious, in it's current form, what is the purpose of this site?

I see it offer a small sub-section of what Toolkitzone offers, only it's separate from the official site, and it isn't nearly as active or alive as Toolkitzone.

It appears that Mysticsoftware used to be a good place for RPG Toolkit users to find hosting for their RPG Toolkit related website, but even that unique feature is no more.

So to sum it up, what exactly is the point of this site existing anymore?

(and please don't take this offensively, I'm in no way trying to demean Mysticsoftware, I'm just curious)

Oh, I think this site still hosts others. I've got a site hosted.

The site is still here because the few of us who have chosen to stay (AKA: Me and Xorlak) refuse to leave and allow the death of this site!

Also, because if you go to the Dark Age forums, you'll find the awesome Dark Age Legends RP, which has been going on for a few years.

I think it's mainly around because Spyder probably doesn't want to shut down his website.  Besides that, it's part of TK history - that's like burning the Mona Lisa because no one goes to see it anymore.

Plus, Mr. G's Shack or whatever it was called merged with MysticSoftware when Mr. G left, so Mysticsoftware has lots of free RPGTK resources for download, too.  Problem is, no one submits here anymore, more than likely because TK now has a place to submit files.  As a matter of fact, it seems like most file submitting stopped here when TKZ started hosting files....

We'd be homeless should MS shut down. Plus it serves as an archive site. It just doesn't get as much facelift as TKZ because it doesn't have that much need to.

I also believe that this could have been the next official site following rpgtoolkit.com if only the name bears anything about the Toolkit *roll*
