How do I sticky/unsticky a topic? I've been wandering around the panels and all I se are delete/lock/unlock/resync, etc..

Edit the first post of a topic in your forum.  You should have the option to "change to sticky, announcement, etc..." as one of your options near the bottom.

Hmmm, it looks like sticky/announcement abilities are separate from moderator abilities for some reason...
