My point is that Atari Dumbledore is from Porkslope Turkeyhandle.

I actually wasn't referring to you with my quote, I was referring to myself - that the moment I start feeling all pumped for DAL, everyone else decides to slow down.

Ah, blast.  That would make more sense. (Heh...)  Sorry!

Speaking of Atari, I just acquired an Atari 7800 along with awesome renditions of Joust and Galaga... Mwa ha ha ha...

Hey guys. I have had a pretty stressful week and DAL has somehow totally slipped my mind.  Shocked  I'll try to post this weekend if I can.

Hey folks,

I'm going to end the chapter this weekend and then we can take the rest of May off.  We can start up again in June sometime when more people have free time.  It'll pick up exactly where the last chapter left off.   Sound good?

Short chapter. But okay. I don't know if I can keep this up right now anyways. Too much going on. Sad

Well, the reason I didn't post was because of my job interview - which I successfully completed today. So I would pick up, but I guess not, since others are also willing to stop for a bit.

Also, I was thinking about this - I'm kinda getting tired of running the Sovereignty, and I don't have any comfortable means to get rid of them. Is there any way I can just kinda let them be the generic bad guys, and pretty much start over? New characters, new everything?

No problem, Jenia.  I'll try to resist any M/CDAA urges on Phoeincia for a while... (Heh...)

Congrats, Ein.  Think you got it?

And what the heck?  You have the coolest characters, and you want to dump them?  Seriously, sarcastic lich overlord, crazy blind sword lady, a military hierarchy that's actually interesting as opposed to generic, etc., etc.  There's no rule that says you need to continue updating your characters or can't bring in new ones, but I think you should reconsider. ;)

Shocked

I didn't know the Sovereignty was that awesome...
Now I know. Very Happy

I'm gonna keep going...!

And yeah, I think I did. The interview went well, not as smooth as I had hoped, but well nevertheless. Haven't got a response yet, they said they'll call me in the coming week.

I kind of want to continue, but whatever. Maybe the break will be good. Or not. I don't know. Stop asking me questions! Ahhh!

Wait. Nevermind.

You know what would be really nice? If we would make the next chapter happen in a parallel world, were we have new characters which actually have something to do with each other and form a team instead of being scattered all over the world. This would give us some change, and the inactivity problems came from the RP having too much of the same.

Then when he would get bored of it, we could make them go to Gaian to continue the bigger RP. A fresh start is always nice for a short time and something new would sound cool. Then back to the old after we got un-bored of it.
Since we suddenly all have our own countries and play on world scale, after playing back to mini scale we would love to play big scale again.

And if the parallel roleplay would suck, we would just toss a gaint comet at it and go back to Gaian. Win-Win-Win-Lose-Win situation!

Or I'm just going crazy. Whatcha think?

Um, well that's not a good idea right now. We are in the middle of something right now. But I do think that eventually we should try and maybe jump several generations later, perhaps. Just get a good fresh start. And maybe some of us would be able to keep some characters Wink.

Hmmm, the generation jumping is an interesting idea.  I am practically done with a lot of my characters, and I feel others are getting stale.  Perhaps we will consider this after wrapping things up this coming chapter.  Thoughts?

Assuming next chapter I can fix the mess I created in my own plot by bringing Draven out in an attempt to move the RP along faster... (Heh...)

Also, congrats, Ein!
