I was playing the demo when all of a sudden Brash became a weak little girl and started doing 1 damage except when i used the special. Mind explaining this one?

Why would anyone not read the help files? It says in the DA2 files that the lower stamina you have then the weaker your attacks will be, and if you look in you item list and look at the description for refresh then it is just a case of linking them, a task which does not require any qualifications or great intelligence...
