i tried to log on to ftp://www.mysticsoftware.net to update my site and i typed in the stuff...;zerosoft@mysticsoftware.net and my password...but it says that it cannot log on to the server with the username and password provided...whats going on here?

P.S. for Spydey; any updates on my e-mail adress@mysticsoftware.net? just wondering  B)
