Cheetah dived and looked around. Yeah, it seemed that in the depths, Zeros' guiding would be nice. He followed him swimming on the surface of water.

Hopefully, the force or being Zeros felt won't kill him. Hopefully.

"Haradlur, just out of curiousity, what did this great sea dragon that was supposed to be here?" He said while glancing over his shoulder towards Haraldur. Zeros' slowled his flying down, as did Kami-ryu's tree hopping.

Haraldur said: "I did not mention a specific creature, I just said that it might be picked up by one, and they can easily be attracted by the weapon's power... as were you, since you have inevitably been slightly tainted by the weapon. You had a slight tingling sensation. For an evil creature it would be much stronger."

"Monsters?" Duilin says "I've delt with quit a few of them, big snakes, gel monsters, back when I was with the Dark Empire, me and Cheetah took down a giant serpent once, that's how he got his serpent form." Duilin relizes that nobody would care so much so he just shrugs "So what kind of weapon is it?"

"Hmm...tainted? Maybe, maybe not." Zeros' said while strokin his chin.

"Most people consider daemon's mosters as well Duilin. Some might even consider Haraldur or Kami-ryu monsters. Haraldur due to the immense magical power he possesses and Kami-ryu for his metal limbs and alchemic abilities." He said while shrugging.

"People's views and beliefs have changed from all the centuries I've lived. At one point, monsters and humans coexisted peacefully. That was well over 600 years ago though." He said while glancing around. "You can see how people's beliefs change."

Haraldur suddenly visibly had a spasm, shuddered and fell on top of the water, before bringing himself back up, wet. The weapon was so close now, the sensation he was getting was almost too much for him to conceal, almost too much for him to stop himself from rushing towards it to take it for himself.

He saw the others staring at him so he said: "Sorry, I have not eaten yet since gaining my true form..." He hoped his excuse would work. He conjured up a large leg of lamb, raw, and consumed it quickly without it being cooked. He looked visibly healthier. He was now controlling himself much better.

"We are very close," he said, "Soon we will be directly above it."

His hands twitched just a bit, before he regained full control.

Lars bowed slightly to the silver haired man.

"Take all the time you need to make your decision. You will find us north of here, past the borders of the former Dark Empire in the city of Redvik. You shouldn't have much trouble finding us..."

He turned and began to walk away, motioning to Frost and Bite.

"Come. We have... work to do..."

(Yeah, it seems at random times the forums are inaccessible for 30 minutes or so, but the rest of the site works. Not sure what's going on there.)

He was afraid to dive and see what the creature looks like, since propably Haraldur waited with the description of it until it attacks.

Zeros' looks at Haraldur falter and smiles. Not one of those kind, gentle smiles, but more of "I there's something more" smiles.

Sure Haraldur... He thought to himself.

"The weapon is indeed close though." The glow from underneath his shirt and trench coat gave off a brighter blue glow.

Haraldur smiled sarcastically at Zeros'.

He then dropped gracefully into the water.

Below the water the area was crowded completely with various evil creatures, glowing sharks, other aberations, aquatic demons, krakens, and the like. They backed away from him, as slaves back away from a deadly master who has discovered their disobediance.

Haraldur smiled a strange smile, then chanted some strange words, more sounds than words. There was a bright flash, and the water around him evaporated and became plasma, killing all the creature near him, causing all but a few of the survivors to flee.

He looked at the defiant ones, and smiled. They looked back, attacked him. His hand became a claw, and he disembowled one, leaving just 23 left.

Above the surface could be seen water disappearing in a 20 metre radius, revealing Haraldur on the seabed with 24 other creatures, and the bodies of many more. Then the water flowed back in.

Zeros' smiled and stopped flying, plunging him into the water. He bonded some of his own ki with the ki of the ocean, forming an oxygen shield around himself.

He drops fast into the water and lands right besides Haraldur.

Well know, whats do we have here? Zeros' said telepathicly to Haraldur. Zeros' unsheathed the Masamune, erecting itself into its 12 foot long, 2 feet wide form, complete with the apperance of rotting flesh and all the spikes.

One of the glowing sharks made a lung for Zeros', but with a flick of his wrist, charging his blade with ki, cut the shark cleanly inhalf, also resulting in the water being split, making a slight slash in the water as it slowly seeped back in.

Haraldur conjured up a flaming sword, still burning under the water, causing steam to rise in bubbles.

He slashed it at a kraken many times, leaving it in singed slices.

It could be noticed that he was not breathing, despite the huge amount of activity. It was not necessary.

Lars continued walking, coming to the outer reaches of the forest.  This mode of transportation was clearly too slow.  He shouted back to Frost and Bite:

"If we are to arrive in due time, we need to hurry..."

A red aura appeared around the shrouded man as he levitated a few inches above the ground.  At once he burst down the path, flying just above the ground, kicking up great amounts of dust as he went.  He speed was only 30 MPH or so, but it beat walking.  He glanced behind him to see if his two mercenaries had enough magic power to keep up.

[Dude Man]

Frost and Bite ran to keep up with Lars, they were pretty fast for people with no magic speed and carieing weapons and armor.

[Zeros']

Zeros' quickly sheathed his sword and thrust both his palms forwards. Two balls of glowing blue energy started small as a baseball at first, but quickly grew. Zeros' cocked back both his palms and clenched his hands into a fist and turned towards Haraldur's direction and towards the Kraken and threw both balls with a side-arm pitch, weaving past Haraldur and hitting the Kraken in the sides of the head.

The kraken roared out in pain as the two ki balls connected with its head. causing a blinding flash. When the flash disappeared, the kraken stood there with pieces of his scales falling off and floating up towards the water, blood seeping out of the now enlarged wounds that the ki blast and sword slices made.

Above the water, Kami-ryu stood on a tree above the battle ground with a smile.

[Haraldur]

Haraldur stuck his hand into the kraken's head, and ripped out its brain. He then killed a second one in a similar fashion.

20 evil creatures left. //You can choose what they are.//

Armic, who had his head pointed downwards at the time, brought his hea back up and looked at the trio that stood before him.

"Mm... I have no desire for riches, but, youwill fufill ANY desire of mine if I comply?What must I do?" Armic said, with a sly grin on his mug.

Nevina breathed a sigh of relief as she exited the evil black cloud, and her vision began to return.

The cloud starts to dissapate....

[Zeros']

Zeros' sent a mental message to Haraldur.

Don't use too much power. The energies could cause a chain reaction with the weapons, casuing a hell of a strong burst of ki and magical energies. Maybe as strong as the blast that destroyed Romme a month ago.

Zeros' took out his sword and split it into its 7 foot long, 1 foot thick form, splitting it into two swords, while the appearance remained the same. He flapped his six wings and used the water ki to propell himself forwards into the group.

Zeros' was met with heavy resistance as he tore into the group, killing a smaller kraken with ki induced strikes towards various points with presencion. He was forced to block as the strikes of what looked like Jayce's draken form, but more serpantine and blue scaled attack him.

Zeros' fought with him for awhile and landed various strikes on his arms, chest and stomach, but he shrugged off the blows. He threw a couple Yama-sen-ken into the crowd, killing three of the smallest monsters instantly.

Zeros' was forced to dodge again as the draken-like monster came at him with his claws and feet, forcing Zeros' on the defensive while he kicked at him.

16 left, 1 being engaged.

[Haraldur]

Haraldur told Zeros' telepathically, If it pleases you, but I would easily be able to escape if I knew what was going to happen, and to carry a couple of others.

Haraldur stepped around the draken-like thing, going behind it, and whispered something in its ear. A look of fear came over its face, before it collapsed, dead.

Haraldur then stuck his sword through the stomach of an aquatic demon, which died because of the poisoning. A second one attempted to hit him with his claw, but he dodged.

14 left, 1 engaged.

Ellenna started to wake up.

[Zeros']

Zeros' dodged to the left as two shark creatures flew past where he was. He clapped his hands in front of him and put the sword back in its sheath. Zeros' then clapped his hands in front of him and started to slowly move them away, a ball of ki forming in between his palms. He slowly started circular motions with his hands around the ki ball, expanding it and making it corse with energy.

Zeros' looked his head around back and forth before smirking at a small group of monsters. He quickly did another circular motion, causing the ball to pulse with energy and then threw it at the group of smaller monsters. They looked shocked for a moment before they noticed the ball heading towards them. Three more monsters were obliterated.

11 left, 1 engaged.

[Xorlak]

(Gah, Lars and co. took off while waiting for Armic to reply.  But we'll improvise, heh...)

Lars stopped short, dispersing the crimson aura.  The silver haired one had caught up with the three and stood before them.  Excellent, he's interested...

"It's quite simple, really.  I need backup for a little... operation.  It's a raid of sorts.  There is... a certain thing I require in the fortress of Redvik of the former Dark Empire.  Since the fall of the empire, I'm certain the former chief of the fortress has commandeered what military was located there for his own personal uses.  So it is likely to be heavily guarded.  I simply need a few good men to aid in its infiltration.  If you enjoy a good battle, I promise you will not be bored..."

[Cyber Wolf]

"Ack, sounds fun, as long as we aren't stopping the Armegeddon, or anything... " Armic said, rather gruffly.
"Do we 'ave all we need, or must we seek more... (Armic looks suspciciously at the people surrounding himself)... individuals?"

[Haraldur]

Haraldur slashed off the head of the demon, killing it. He then said some words in a strange language, to the monsters, and all but 4 fled.

He killed a kraken by making it choke on its own ink.

3 left.

[Xorlak]

Lars nodded to Armic.

"Excellent... The three of you shall do.  Though we are likely to meet much resistance, they will be weak and undisciplined.  Come, we've no time to lose."

Lars levitated a few inches above the ground once more and began to speed northward along the path, his cloak blowing in the wind...

//Need to come around here more often. Merry XMas.

Xenai spit down through the hole in the floor, and looked at Seijin. "What's this New whatever yer talkin' about?"

"Well, it's-" Suddenly, Seijin vanished, right there and then, within an instant. That couldn't have been good. Well, not for them.

"Uh..." Zion stared at the empty spot and binked a couple of times. "Crap. I suppose we have to find him. But we can't do it right now... We got some weapons to find... Xenai, where's Zero Weapon?"

"Beats me." Xenai shrugged. "What's it matter?"

Zion scratched his head. "Well, I felt a dark, suspicious energy in Laus... I don't want him getting ahold of it."
