Kuon-Ki Tsu sends a little bit of ki into Kuon Yaiba, and focuses on ki's presence within his body, willing it to enhance him
Kuon Yaiba Ryuu A bunch of moves he invented that he finds useful.
Tenchuu Part of Kuon Yaiba Ryuu, but so good that it's mentioned separately. This is his best move.
Bio:
Tsu has lived a somewhat dismal life. Being shunned because of his being different, it was hard for him to make friends. But he got by. He learned Tae Kwon Do from his cousin, who was an adult, unlike how some would normally think. He soon picked up Kenjutsu, and learned how to manipulate Ki, to a very limited extent.
Personality:
He is very shy and repressed around people he is unfamilliar with. But he is more hyper around people he is good friends with. He is calm and doesn't joke much. Like Neo, funny things may accidentally come from his mouth.
