Recently I was asked if there was still progress being made on the new MS design. At the time, the answers wern't very clear to me, and I honestly thought it could be a long time before anyone saw MS as a PHP site. The answers have become very clear to me in the last couple minutes however, as Xorlak has integrated Matt's site layout with MrG's PHP code, and we nearly have a fully functioning site ready to roll out. If things progess as fast as they have in the last day or so, the new MS could be available before the week is through, though I won't make that a promise. Shit happens  Wink , especially when it comes to this site. Anyways, just thought I'd let you all know. Have a nice day, and thanks for reading.

It looks nice and clean. More 'no nonsense' than TKZ.
Although to people who like nice pretty sites with cool images, the simplicity would be a bad thing.

I like the colour scheme, but it doesn't suit MS, imo. MS is white, TKZ is blue. A blue MS just looks wrong to me.

Before someone comments on how it doesn't look as "pretty" as TKZ, we were going for a fast loading, low bandwidth version at first. Later on were hopeing to add skin support, which will include images and the like. Be patient please, the main point of the new site is to make it easier on the staff to update it, not to make it prettier.  Wink

Hmmm... "whiter than white" washing poweder actually contains a small amount of blue dye, which creates the effect. Maybe the already whiter than white MS is becoming whiter (hehe).

Umm, MS was blue for 4 years....it only just recently became white (January I think). Again, as stated above, were hoping to add skin support later on, which will include different color schemes, as well as images, etc.

has the site ever had the current layout, but with a blue background? Because I'm sure it had this layout when I downloaded a load of games from here, and that was months before January.

anyway, skin support sounds good. And it's something TKZ doesn't have Razz
