Ms has always been here to stay, PHP or not. I was gone from the community for an entire year, and the site stayed online, even though I was paying monthly for it. Although the site would be the first thing to go if I ran into bad times financially, I honestly can't see that happening any time soon. I make more than enough money to pay my bills, etc, and still have a decent amount of money left over every month.
