Sounds like that'll work to me. I'd do the same (partitions) but I hate having to change the install directories of everything when I install it...I don't know, partitioning would probably save me a lot more time in the long run...

No no no.  FFXI is on a different partition from windows, as are most all the apps i install.  What i meant was just rename Playonline to something like -Playonline and let the game install to the normal directory, then just delete, and rename -Playonline back to normal.  The only time it spends updating is an update check.

Right...I got all that. I just don't like having to take the half a second to change the C to D when installing software, that's why I don't partition Razz
