This is a test.
I made my own web browser and I'm testing it right now. Pretty basic though.

*note* Test out pop up built in pop up blocker.

I will, gotta have .Net framework i'm afraid.

So far: built in auto pop up blocker, no history (safe secure) one period cookie handeling (I'll work with that). It's really fast too.
About 20 times faster then IE explorer.  Very Happy

Yeah.
It's really fast. From microsoft I usualy download at 120 KBPS. But now with my browser it's at 480KBPS.
No history, I made it to not store it. Also it has session cookie's. So it auto cleans out after each surf. No pop ups. And generaly 2X faster.

Hmm... the auto-clearing of cookies can be a bit of problem. You'll have to log in each time you visit sites/forums.

On TKZ they say you just used some microsoft elements...  Razz

Of course. VisualBasic is made by Microsoft. So you use it's elements. Unless you learn machine code or assembly code your allways using some one's creation.
I fixed the cookie problem ^_^. It does give you pop ups. But only the ones that come with a site. Like EsmartStart has the one that they put on your site.

Er..I don't think the type of browser you use has anything to do with how fast you download... I download at the exact same speed, regardless of using IE or Firefox. Not to mention, I'd imagine it would take at least a 5mbit connection to download at even close to 480KB/sec. I don't think residential ADSL goes that high, and that kind of cable connection would cost a lot of money. My ISP's 4Mbit service costs $80/month. I have a 3mbit connection and I download from fast servers like microsoft.com and nvidia.com at around 300kb/sec.

Lol, I never said that this was the reason why it was downloading that fast. I just said it for some reason was downloading much faster.

I never said: Because of this browser everything is faster.
I said: With this browser I am downloading faster.

I might have gotten a good connection to microsoft. It could have been that. But people that have tested it out. Say (for instaince master Tamer) said he could normaly DL at 5 KBPS now he's got it at 11.92 KBPS.

As far as I know, it is not possible to download at 11KB/sec on dial up. I'd do the math, but I don't feel like it. Give me a link to your browser, I will test it out to confirm your results.
